I contacted them for a service and instantly got a reply from Shailendra a couple of hours after. They gave an estimated reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled a visit the next business day. The next day, they were able to give a much lower quote after seeing the job and treated it the same day. Jake did a great job crawling underneath the house and doing the treatment from there. I definitely highly recommend them.

I have used this company a few times to set up rat traps around the property and have always been happy with the service. I recently got the house treated for borer, Jake did a great job and was lovely to work with! I highly recommend Pest Control Services.

I hired PCSW to treat borer. They sent Jake, who did a great job applying borate salt saturation spray to the underside of the house. He had lots of good advice and helpful tips while he was here.

I spoke with Shailendra and he gave me a quick and reasonable quote for the treatment of borer in my subfloor that also involved the removal and reapplication of insulation. Jake came the following day and did a fantastic job. He was thorough which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company for all your pest management needs.

Good job and service - they responded straight away - and great to get the pest status report straight after they finished - and before the invoice arrived.

Shae came out to Martinborough within 24 hours of our call. We had 100 bees hovering around our pool, and two days later we were having 35 people including 20 kids round for a cricket match and pool party! Shae totally went the extra mile and we located the source on a neighbour's paddock and he helped me take my baby and toddler over there with him in 30 degree heat to discuss solutions with the neighbour and the farmer leasing her land. He easily could have left me to deal with it and said "I've done what I can" and just invoiced me but he placed several calls to broker a solution, and followed up the next day. And that's why I've now booked him in for a quarterly treatment

Highly recommend these guys. I called the day before and Shai came over to our place next day in the morning, on time, very punctual. Very friendly service, did the inspection first to see what treatments would be necessary. He explained what needed to be done and got the job done efficiently. Very happy with the service. 😊

Andrew was amazing. He sprayed the whole exterior of the house. Then he spot sprayed certain areas inside the house as well He was very thorough. Even checked inside the ceiling to see if we had any ant nests in there. Has been over a week since all the spraying was done and the only bugs we are seeing in the house now are dead one's only. So the results were super quick!! Very impressed!! Definitely recommend 👌👍

Such a great business to deal with. I had a problem with a Rat causing plumbing damage over the weekend. Pest Control contacted me on a Sunday and arranged for someone to come the very next day. The team talked me through the kinds of issues with Rats in my area, clearly took me through what they will do and how to prevent it again. Crew member had previously worked at DOC and was extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

We recently had a pre-sale builders report done for our 120 year old Villa. One of the recommendations we followed up on was a borer check. From go to whoa Shai and his team were great. I was amazed that Shai made the time to come and visit the property on the day I called. He had a good look around and was able to assess, recommend and provide a quote right there and then. Despite a busy week Shai was able to fit our job in the next day given our time pressures for marketing the house. David drew the short straw and turned up on time the following day to do the job. He was knowledgeable, a good communicator, tidy, considerate and efficient. Typically we were trying to tick off jobs from a very long 'to do' list and Shai just made it that little bit easier. I can't recommend them highly enough. AMAZING! Thank you!!!!

I spoke with owner Shai over the phone and he was very attentive to the details of the individual circumstances of my bedbug problem. He then offered relevant advice and reassurance of a bedbug expert. Service was prompt and friendly, and almost half the price quoted to me by competitors (perhaps because the competitor insisted on spraying the living room without asking about the circumstances of my infestation.) I was a bit worried because I am sensitive to chemicals but I did not personally experience any bad reaction to the spray when I went to bed later. Now I can sleep easy for the first time in weeks! Thank you!

Shai and the team were really good to deal with. Prompt to get back in touch and genuinely keen to understand exactly what we were dealing with before explaining how they could deal to it. A couple days later, on time, two of the team arrived and were very respectful of our home while carrying out their work. And the results were excellent- a pretty curly problem solved. I can't speak highly enough of this company! We had such a bad ant problem that I would have moved house to get away from them. None of the store bought remedies worked. Quite frankly Shai has transformed my life and I can once more enjoy my home! We will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

Pest control services wellington: These guys are amazing! Came out quickly and got the job done. Were really friendly and patient, especially because I had had a terrible week with bed bugs and was really stressed out. The problem was taken care of immediately and I slept like a baby. My advice: don't bother with store-bought stuff when it comes to bed bugs. Get these guys straight away!

Shai, is great to deal with, we had a big ant problem, Pest Control services came round and sprayed around the house, and within a couple of weeks we have noticed a huge difference. from lines of ants heading into the house to only 1 or 2 ants that are quickly dispersed with a finger. highly reccomend
