Had a garden clean up and one native cockroach (or a few) managed to get inside the house at the worst time - during the final inspection before the new tenant take over, and the week before Christmas Eve. Contact Mark - the new owner - and he said he will try to squeeze in as the last job of the day. My stress level reduces 50% at that point. A few minutes later, I received a phone call from the office to get more details in and the job was scheduled for 4:45 pm. And to my delight, the friendly technician - Daniel managed to arrive and finish the treatment before 1:30 pm and received the treatment report the next day. I can smile again at that point. I would not hesitate to recommend Bug King to anyone looking for Bugs treatment of their property. And they will definitely try to help you overcome the stressful situation and want to get the problem sorted as soon as possible. I'm a property manager and we have worked with Bug King for years. They are professional, prompt and provide excellent service. I booked an appointment with them recently to treat a wasp nest at my home and they were able to book us in quickly, came on time and resolved the wasp nest, even removing it on the same visit. Very happy with them.

Had flea infestation at home during lockdown period from cat and made a call to book in for a treatment. They managed to accommodate my request and slotted me in pretty quickly. Friendly technician Mark arrived, asked questions, did a quick survey around the house and explained post-treatment care, also answered the many queries I had. Then he got straight into it as I waited in the car so I could lock up and get to work after. He did a swift but thorough job covering inside and out. I still saw the odd fleas in the first three weeks and kept in touch with Bug King to check if this was common. Yvette was very patient and helpful with my concern. In the last correspondence she offered to come treat it again to put my mind at ease, which I ended up did not need as the initial treatment was working wonders already (only IF you stick to their instructions, ie, no mopping or cleaning surfaces which will remove the treatment). Anyone who had done a bit of research into flea cycle would know why, and I wish I had done my research instead of "bugging" them in those three weeks (sorry Yvette). Thank you Bug King for your prompt and great service!

After finding a flea on our bed Sunday night, I then looked around via google for pest control companies and I had emailed about 4 companies by Monday morning Bug King were the first company to email me back and so I called them and the lady who answered was so sweet and super helpful. I thought I was pushing my luck with asking for someone to come in the same day as I have a toddler and newborn so wanted it treated straight away, to my surprise she offered me an appointment at 2:30pm same day. As we were prepping the house I then got a call from Mo the guy who was going to treat our house that he had an opening at 12:30, he arrived early and so we quickly cleaned/prepped our house while he patiently waited outside. As he waited outside we noticed he was walking around our garden and pouring some liquid around he outskirts of our garden, I later asked him what he was doing he said he noticed some ants and treated our garden for ants - I loved that he didn't just wait in his car scrolling on his phone which he easily could've but went the extra mile and was sweet enough to do this while patiently waiting for us to vacate the premises. He treated our house for fleas, while he was here we thought we might as well get him to deal with any house mice, he gave me the exact price on the spot and calling the call centre to process the payment was such a breeze! MO was AMAZING!!!! He really knew his stuff and took the time to really speak to my husband about how and why infestations happen and he always went the extra mile in treating our house. Mo was such a cool guy, very approachable and he didn't make us feel like we were in the way as he went about his business scoping around our house for what needed treating. I cannot speak more highly of not only Mo, but the ladies who I dealt with over the phone, it's been a week and we have no more fleas or little mice running around the house! I will be using these guys again and will only recommend Bug King to all my friends and family! Thank you Mo and Team! You guys really are the best!

We suspected we had fleas as we were getting eaten alive at night. Called Bug King once we went to Alert Level 3 and booked an appointment straight away. Daniel (the guy who came) was professional and helpful. I left him in my house while we vacated for 4 hours. He texted me to let me know it was completed and when we could come home and locked up. It's been nearly 2 weeks since the treatment and we haven't had any more bites. Really appreciative of this and think the cost was reasonable too. They provided so much advice on what to do now and reassurance that even if a flea happened to come in from outside, it will come in contact with the treatment and die.

Our Bug King technician was very friendly and professional. He first did an inspection of our house and property to see if there were any other issues we were not aware of. He gave us a full run down of the treatment and then what was required once he was finished. He also gave a lot of advice about how to combat ants etc in the future. He arrived on time and did the job in the time they gave us when booking the appointment. Overall a great experience and we are now bug free.

Great at regular communications, reminders, etc. Get your ready for the process, lots of clear, well set out info, pricing is fair, then doing the job - excellent, top rate manner, pleasant to deal with. Result: Flies have been shown the door and hopefully no more spiders for a while too! Highly recommend

We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Bug King! We got in touch after we saw several cockroaches over the span of a month and someone got back to us on the same day. They were prompt in identifying the roach type and setting up an inspection and quote. The person who came to do the quote (Mark) was friendly and clearly communicated how he believed they got inside and the kind of treatment we needed. The administration team was great to deal with, they worked around our business's needs and were very helpful in finding a date that worked around our bookings and the weather. The technician (Daniel) who did the service was right on time, very friendly and quick with his service. We found three dead roaches only a couple hours after he was done - so we know it works! Cannot recommend Bug King enough. We would not hesitate to call them if we had any pest issues in the future.

It’s very stressful to find new bites every day, but thanks to Bug king - NO MORE FLEAS! Mo was very professional and kind, he patiently explained how the treatment works and answered all our questions. There was a drastic decrease in bites right after the treatment and after 2 days we had no more bites. Would definitely call them again! (But hopefully there is no again!)
