I contacted Spiderban about wasp nests and was so impressed by their professionalism. My enquiry received an incredibly quick response and an appointment arranged for a technician to call within 48 hours. Communication was excellent in keeping me updated on the timing of the visit, and the technician was prompt, very courteous and did a thorough job. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again when we next have a pest problem!

What a great service. I've been use their service annually for years. John always reply me promptly and the team be on time, their explanation is easy to understand. After the first ant treatment, saw some of ants came back few months later, but little bait tube they gave me worked well. So happy with their service and will be back next year again.

These guys were great. John got us sorted out for ants within days of our enquiry. We had the treatment last week. Usually rain drives the ants inside. It rained last night, no ants in the house this morning. So results very obvious very quickly. Simon applied the treatment, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and has a sense of humour. Price as per quote. Definitely recommend these guys.

Second time I have used Spiderban. The first was for a VERY large wasp nest in our roof. They came on a Sunday!!! This time we had several whitetail spiders in our sons bedroom, again they prioritised us. Speedy service both times. Extremely pleased with results. I have used other companies in the past that have not treated thoroughly. I would highly recommend Spiderban if you want excellent service from a friendly, trained professional company.

After meeting two whitetails in my new house, John managed to juggle appointments to fit in a treatment quickly. Email instructions were clear for what prep was needed for when they arrived, how long it would take and what we needed to do afterwards.
