Yesterday we noticed a bunch of wasps on our lounge window, asked for pest extermination advice on Facebook and Pestman was recommended. Gave them a call andthry gave me advice on identifying if there was a nest nearby and with their advice I was able to confirm that there was a wasp nest in our garden. Booked them in for extermination and Terry arrived this morning and had the nest removed within 10 minutes but also gave really helpful info about why the wasps nested there. Terry was very friendly, helpful, and professional and I was able to pay with EFTPOS right then and there. I will definitely book Pestman again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Kapiti/Wellington region.

Can't speak highly enough about the service. Ants invaded our property and The Pestman came and not only did he give us advice he even interrupted his Sunday to come over a second time and hit a hoard of ants that decided to blitz our bedroom because we must have disturbed a nest washing the exterior of the house. Brilliant service.

Wasp nest in old stump in garden. Pestman came later same day due to a cancellation. Not only dealt with problem but because I like to know random stuff was able to answer all my questions. (Poor guy)! Excellent service right from first phone call. Would reccomend but hope I don't have to use again....nothing personal.

Terry and Karen were very responsive. Quick to quote, and book in the job. Terry treated our 108 year old villa for borer. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. He went the extra mile, replacing some insulation that had fallen off in the subfloor as he worked. We also discussed the pros and cons of spraying for other insects - we decided it wasn't necessary. I appreciated that Terry gave honest advice and didn't push extra services. Very happy, thanks!

We used The Pestman for borer treatment for the sub floor and ceiling space in our house. We had a very specific date that it had to be done on, in a short amount of time. When we phoned we spoke to Karen, who was very friendly and very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Terry came to do the work, he was punctual, very efficient and did a great job and was very friendly. Would highly recommend The Pestman for any borer treatment.

We wanted to get some preventative borer treatment in the sub-floor area done, after we had some activity in the roof identified. The company we used for the roof was horrible to deal with, and I regret not having hired Terry to complete both. He was incredibly responsive when doing the sub-floor area. We weren't home and when he noticed some issues he called to discuss and put a lot of extra effort in without charging us, which was greatly appreciated. Of course yet to see the long-term results of the treatment, but 5/5 for service and the contact we've had.

Terry sprayed our roof space for borer. He responded quickly to the website request, was round the same day, then arrived on time a couple of days later to complete the treatment. A totaly professional and really nice chap. I highly recommend!

We rang Terry "The pest Man"for rats that we had in wall. We found him to be so professional in his manner, even wearing surgical booties over his work boots......a very nice touch. He gave us a 6 month garentee but we were Rat free within a week and a month later no more noises. Thank you Terry you are awesome!! Can be quite dounting having someone you dont know come in to your home but my 2 and 4 year old didnt want you to leave!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I got the Pestman services for an Ants treatment at my kapiti property. Kapiti is known for ants and it's pretty hard to keep them down. They have done a splendid job at the property by baiting in hideaway spots ( as we have pets). And it's been a few months and the ants have kept away. I have also used their borer treatment on an old cupboard which seems to have gotten rid of the pest. Thanks again for your time and service.
