Wide range of products with friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking nearby. Most items are priced competitively, even with supermarket pricing. Click and collect is available and has proven convenient. I have never had to wait more than 1 hour for an order to be ready for collection.

A wide range of products and friendly staff, I had to wait for about 5 minutes to get my prescription which is not too bad at all. I found out that I paid $3 more for a Tommee Tippe formula bottle than what I would have paid if I bought from their neighbor Kmart though! A lesson to have in mind for future :) For someone claiming to be the cheapest 13.6% more price is not something negligible although doesn't seems like a big number in the first glance. I think for the upcoming tough years we as customers need to be careful of these small numbers that could be saved .

One stop shop. The largest Chemist Warehouse I’ve been to in Auckland. Widest range of health and well-being products under one roof. Some of the sharp prices in the country. Free prescriptions. Open till 9pm 7 days a week. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Only issue is there can be a 20+ minute wait for prescriptions. I can’t understand how other chemists are still open nearby. This place sells everything you can ask for. I bought a whole load of things from here before we went on our round the world tour pre covid.

Thank you Chemist Warehouse Botany for exchanging the incorrect perfume that I bought for my wife's birthday. I bought the male version instead. No problems, happy to exchange, even though we only realized that it was the incorrect fragrance once we opened the packaging. Interestingly enough, while instore, I happened to speak with a supervisor from the Flat Bush branch, who said that he wouldn't accept an exchange, even though it was unused, as the packaging had been opened. So glad I heard this, will ensure I don't shop at the Flat Bush branch in the future, just incase... Unfortunately, I didn't catch the lady's name who helped me, but very happy and impressed, thank you!

I was so happy to hear that finally this place opened locally. I loved visiting this shops in Australia. It's everything they say they are. Very well stocked and an abundant range. Staff are helpful and friendly. And the prices. Yes you definitely will save a lot of money. Very noticeable difference in pricing. This place has abundance of parking and well located.

We did a Click and Collect order at 9.33am this morning. We haven't received a notification to pick it up yet, over 5 hours later. When we ordered, we were warned that it may take up to 4 hours to be ready, but that email is still not here.

Went in at 2:30 pm on a Saturday to get the meds on my script. A lot of customers, especially the pharmacy and was told of a 20 min wait. I was fine with it as I didn’t have anything planned and there were empty chairs in the waiting area. Was then pleasantly surprised when I got buzzed at just under 10 min.

One of few branches of the conglomerate Chemist Warehouse franchise, the Botany branch offers a great range of goods at a reasonable price and usually has stock on hand. Prescriptions usually take 10-15 minutes, so a call to arrange a quick drop and collect is recommend. Otherwise with spacious parking, would recommend.

Came in to fill a prescription. They were busy and gave a text when it was ready. They also have a lot of products on the shelf.

This Chemist Warehouse is a very big store. Again, one site is pretty much like another. Their sales, products etc... are the same. So the difference between them would come back to the staff. All in all they are all very helpful, knowledgeable, so they know their products, and are very approachable and friendly. Service with smile.

Came to the pharmacy section the other day and got served by Zoe Yiu in the baby aisle, very friendly and professional, I came in with my 60 year old mother who is not very fluent in English and Zoe helped her in Chinese. Young talent and tri-lingual. Highly recommended. Also the checkout process was very seamless, I was served by a young gentleman called Kent who recommended me the Dove body wash that they had at the checkout and I have never ever smelt better in my entire life. Am very satisfied with his recommendation. Will be coming back again.

I usually go to manukau branch, but today i went to botany. A staff named victoria was very helpful. Not only she helped me find tissues; as soon as i did payment for my product, i realised that i was overcharged. So i went back to victoria and she helped me pay back and checked prices alongwith her manager. Thankyou so much. Really impressed by botany staff service. Will surely visit again..

MArch 7, 2020. I had bad experience with another Chemist Warehouse branch so i was adamant, but my daughter and her boyfriend persuaded me to go. We went there at night hoping it wont be busy but we were wrong. The dispensary was busy too,so my daughter was told by the pharmacist to wait for her ECP consultation for 10 minutes and she was shown where to sit and wait. I took a peek and the pharmacist were extremely busy doing more than one thing at a time. According from my daughter the pharmacist was very nice, informative and kind a quirky. The 2 guys in the dispensary were very attentive too, asked me if I had been served and if I'm waiting for anything.

Best for shopping instore and knowing what you want. Cleansers, lens solutions,eye drops and hayfever tablets are more than 50 to 60% cheaper than Life Pharmacy/Unichem.

Had to call in this evening for urgent script for wife, who was with me feeling extremely nauseous, I explained this to Terri(Sorry if spelling is incorrect, you need a name badge) she was amazing, supplied us with the essentials, got us a glass of water, fresh supplies when needed, disposed of everything. As an ex pharmacist and ex owner I can say this is the level of service aimed for, but often not achieved. Very impressed, highly recommended. You specifically deserve recognition. Many thanks, we will be back.

I was almost given the run around after some dead silence finally come to finish a transaction. Would still shop but when you phone them please make sure the order is in the front counter like what the customer asks to.

Visited store today and there is great control of shoppers going in and out of the store, no need to panic buy. Couldn't find hand sanitiser but managed to get all other personal items including masks.

One of the biggest range of health products in NZ. Good and affordable prices, friendly staff, clean stores and in great accessable locations. Parking is available. The shop also sells big range of branded fragrances. Highly recommended.

A huge selection of medicines, vitamins and other products. But you still need to be careful what you planning to buy. Double check the price with Pack n Save or Countdown first. Very easy to find car park. Friendly staff and organised products ...

It's very good & cheap compared life and uni chem pharmacies. Have main brands which tend to be far cheaper. Some of the items are as much as %50 cheaper. Could be in better place as botany is a nightmare for parking.

I was bit reluctant to order from them after looking as such cheap prices but what an amazing service, super fast delivery , items perfectly cushioned with paper to avoid damage, without going in any more details i would recommend them to anyone and will buy again.

Wow! Vitamins are so cheap! Nappies are cheaper than Pak n Save (pak n save price while on special for huggies jumbo pack $29 vs $26!). Baby formulas around $1 cheaper than supermarket. But the place is very well stocked, clean, testers for cosmetics are looking nice and tidy and clean. $5 prescription fee is also waived/free.

5 STAR FOR THE GUARD......the guard the short guy he's really happy smiles everytime you guys need someone that's not intimidating like the st Luke's guard very scary he stares us down like we already stolen something yet we are just entering the store and the short guard (sorry dont know his name) actually knows abit about the stuff on the shelves he helped me and my wife out in fragrance and vitamins and still managed to catch some one right after serving me and it's not even his job to serve me and he kept looking around while serving me I feel his customer service skills are on point he even managed to serve a few people in the fragrance area aswel as do his own job you should try hire him for your store because the other staff couldn't even show me where a certain fragrance was to the point where they are asking him and he was just like it's just here give that man raise seriously hes a good chap 5 STAR FOR THE GUARD 4 star for the staffs customer service and 4 good prices.
