My place for medicines and supplement. Thank you for bringing in free prescription into New Zealand. The store is so big. It is always open late and I can always go there after my work hours to get my medications. So convenient. You do need to wait for a while to get your prescription drugs.

Had some great service here! Popped in to find a new moisturiser and a few other bits and pieces. Didn’t ask for any help but the Asian man who was stocking the shelves soon noticed I was quite overwhelmed given the large selection! He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I was shocked to get such great service at a store like this!

I've come here on a number of occasions and found exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes there is wait to get advice from a pharmacist due to the high volume of prescriptions being done, but the staff are very helpful. Usually I stop here to purchase toiletries as they can have good specials - sometimes even cheaper than the supermarkets.

The pharmacist, Ryan who attended to my requests a few days ago at The Chemist Warehouse, Glen Innes was outstanding. Extremely helpful & courteous. I was in their again yesterday & heard him assisting another couple of women & nothing was too much trouble. Marvellous service Ryan, Thankyou.

Great chemist. Helpful staff and wide selection of products. Great shopping experience and overall a really good chemist.

Very crowded. Staff tried to be helpful but didn't show confidence in product knowledge.

Online order - super fast shipping. Just wanted to say thank you. I placed an order with them Friday night and it was processed and shipped out by Sunday and delivered to me in Hawkes Bay, Monday morning! Also they use CourierPost/NZ Post, which is a big plus in my book.

Love this place. Heaps of good specials. Staff are always welcoming with a ready smile. Easy parking at different times i visited. Fast meds pick up & its FREE.

Great, cheap, great service. A bit busy and very rushy. Hopefully they can improve this buy building another one a bit closer or maybe expanding it, or getting more employes.

Had gone in to purchase a couple things right before closing, but instead of annoying anyone like I thought I would have, the most awesome staff member helped me out and done it with a smile and the best attitude, even after a long day, so a huge thank you to Rebekah, you need a raise lol

Visited with a list from my wife who was unable to be there . A store employee named Rebekka was extremely helpful twice going to the store room to see if they had produces there not on the shelf then giving very good advice on products for an elder person

I love coming to glen Innes. I always come to find Quiana as I know I will always get 100% great customer service in the perfume department. She is very patient and gives excellent advice. So happy with my purchases today I come to purchase on Friday but I have been put off by the other lady who was in there. Not so friendly and smiley and feel like she’s rushing me or being inpatient. Ended up asking when Quiana is working and came back today. so maybe just a future tip for better customer service Also Lucy in the makeup section was a sweetheart and a great help. Thanks

Newly opened branch. Prescriptions were done fairly quickly (less than 10 minutes -vs- 45 minutes at the Botany branch). All staff interactions were friendly (from pharmacist who filled prescription, the floor staff, checkout, and even security). Not too busy. Ample parking.

I have bought a paco rabanne olympia perfume and am very satisfied with the young lady who helped me pick out this perfume for my wife today. My wife loves it! Very grateful as I know nothing about perfume. Also would like to mention that there is a great selection with reasonable prices.
