E.I came into Life Pharmacy at Northwest for my second jab, and the team were attentive, friendly (funny) and very informative. Their vaccination set up was quite calming. One observation I’ve consistently had about this particular pharmacy is how clean, tidy and orderly it is. It’s easy to find things. I’ve reached out to their Pharmacists regularly for professional advice and I always find they go above and beyond.
Also, considering the current climate it was really really good to see the team wiping things down after customers had come In. It’s nice for the rest of us customers to walk into a sanitised area.
Thank you all for being on the frontline and helping the rest of us with a smile on your face (under those masks)!
