T.Brilliant pharmacy - have nothing but praise! All of the staff go absolutely above and beyond. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and patient. They have delivered a large number of prescriptions to my home, sometimes several times a week in recent months, especially when I have been unwell and unable to pick them up myself - and have accommodated this willingly and happily without any complaint. Nothing is too much trouble, and is consistently dealt with professionally, understandingly and compassionately. The best pharmacy I have ever used by a long way. Very grateful for all of your help. Thank you so much to your team.
K.When I searched Justice of Peace, this place popped up. So I went there. The staff was smiling and helpful. She told me the JP only work once a week on Wednesday. She said if it's urgent, I can contact the JP by myself. She gave me the contact information of the JP. I later texted her to make an appointment and eventually have the certified copies I needed.
E.The pharmacists are really lovely. but one older lady always gives me the filthiest looks and won’t say a word to me except the price.. idk what I did! 😢

E.I love this pharmacy, the staff are always lovely and the pharmacist knows my name (yes, before he reads the prescription). I have never experienced them to be anything less than friendly, courteous and professional.
J.I have been a customer for many years and simply dont understand these negative comments. My experience has been quite different. Further i have not had better experiences at other pharmacies.
Surveys of this type tend to elicit responses from the disgruntled. Change is facilitated by talking to the staff not by trolling.
P.I had been there a few times before and received good service however yesterday I was serviced a Leigh who apparently is a pharmacist with very little customer service skills. I felt very rushed in my decision to make my purchase .
T.The Mt Eden Pharmacy is the best Phamacy why? Because the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to help ensure you get the correct products for your needs even when they are super busy. They are a great asset to the Mt Eden community.
