A.Great service, bought a few products online. When one of the products wasn't available I got a email and text from Matt. He was very helpful in finding an alternative and getting things shipped to me in a timely fashion.
L.I often place Click&Collect from them. Processing was quick. To be honest, their prices are slightly higher than the Warehouse; but I would rather to pay some more bucks to support local/NZ's owned business. Beside, for medical products, price is not a critical factor for my decision making.

I'm taking the supplements she suggested and feeling good. I don't have reflux anymore and be full of energy everyday. No more suffering from stress and anxiety. C.Items may be a tad pricier but customer service is great. Bought some haircare products but had severe allergic reactions, and Net Pharmacy organised refunds from the producer/ supplier straight away for us. NP definitely cares about their customers :)
