B.By chance I visited North Star Pharmacy recently as I needed to get an urgent prescription. It was just before closing time and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially the friendly pharmacist whose name is Christine. While I was waiting for the prescription the other staff member, a polite Asian man helped me choose a small birthday gift. Great service !
M.I came in and asked for ibuprofen. The man at the counter gave me a product with both paracetamol and ibuprofen. I asked him if it is ibuprofen he confirmed it is because I already have paracetamol at home. Then another guy came out and corrected him as I only needed ibuprofen. Good thing he came out to help. Its a nice and tidy pharmacy but their retail staff need to be more knowledgeable.
D.My daughter has extremly dry skin and every winter it becomes a problem because she feels so itchy and cannot sleep well. We tried many different moisturiser in the past including doctor perscription moisturiser but non of them give a good result. The staff in Nstar is very knowledgable and kind. We tried the product recommended and my daughter's itchy problem is far better than before! Thanks to them our big problem sorted out! Definitely will go there again
张.My little daughter got a mosquito bit on her neck, keep scratching. Their staff recommended me a cream, it really worked. Stopped the itchy, redness and rash remained, but it is good enough. Little kids keep scratching will get infection. Never know something can really cure mosquito bits. The medicine is ANTHISAN.
Y.Unlike some pharmacies are quite crowded, this one is very roomy and modern inside. can always can find interesting stuffs there. Staffs are friendly too.
T.Good to know this pharmacy gives free prescriptions to teachers. I don't go there often, but thank you.
