J.Absolutely fantastic Pharmacy. Always have stock online of hard to find items at a great price. The orders are filled super fast and shipping was next day delivery, even to my rural address.

P.I emailed about a NeilMed Sinugator I bought from them, which stopped working properly 2 weeks after I purchased it. They never replied. Very poor service.
After posting the above the pharmacy emailed me saying they would send a replacement, which I have received. Good response though I think the product is poor. That is not their fault though.

C.I think that just because you buy something online and didn't physically go to the location that it shouldn't mean you can't google review it..! Especially when the service you get during the online sale is exceptional, as is the case here. I live in Kapiti. I have a problem with itchy flaky scalp and have found that Selsun Gold is the only shampoo that helps me control it. In the last year or so, every pharamacy in my region has stopped stocking it for some reason. In my desperation to find my hair product of choice, I took to google and discovered that Pakuranga Pharmacy sold it online. The price was competitive and shipping was negligible. At the end of last year I placed my third order for my special shampoo. It arrived the following day! Not only did it arrive in record time, but when i opened it, I discovered that they had sent me TWO bottles. I also got an email from them thanking me for my repeat custom. I felt bad that they had got my order wrong and sent me two bottle instead of just the one that i had ordered. (This stuff is $20 a bottle, i can see why they call it Gold...!) I emailed them and asked them for a bank account number so I could pay for the second bottle. They never replied. So, I feel like I can pay them back in some small way by leaving them a worthy Google review...! These guys are definitely my go to for all my online pharmacy purchases in future, and I honestly recommend you give them a whirl if you are struggling to find the pharmac goods you need. One very happy customer here!
