L.Always very friendly and obliging. Sometimes difficult for them to supply a full prescription, which means having to return, but I can understand the difficulties with medication supply in these COVID times. I prefer to support local business, so happy to return. Great follow-up with texting and phone calls when medication is ready to be collected.
D.I waited until 9.10am and shop was still not opened (opening time: 9am). I hope it is just me who experienced it and they are punctual about the timing. Changing my rating from initial one star to 4 considering it is just a one time experience.
A.Popped into Palamino in the hope of getting some expert advice. I wasn’t disappointed. Spoke to a most helpful lady called Eve. Was more interested in some natural options and she had a wealth of information to impart. Now on the track to feeling more like myself. Old fashioned customer care much appreciated.
