Always good, I mostly order online. A lot of the products are cheaper and they have products I don't get anywhere else locally. You can take your time and collect points for cash rewards. Deliveries are pretty fast

Pharmacy Direct have always been good to me, and if anything is delayed, then they contact me immediately. Their prices are excellent, and the products arrive, well packed, and just the way that I ordered them.

Surprisingly fast service given the current alert level and no doubt busy times with online orders. Great communication too regarding order confirmation and delivery. Thank you so much! Will happily shop again in the future 🙂

My original message was "Rude customer service, stupid search on the website. They use NZ Courier Post - THE WORST DELIVERY EVER! I wish I could read all the reviews before purchasing. Never buy anything from them guys. Even though they have lower prices it is not worth the difficulties you'll be experiencing with your purchase..so think twice before check out". My new one: My parcel arrived after 10 days of traveling. My order was refunded las week. I contacted the company asking how I can pay it back. They advised just to keep the item for free. Well, I'm satisfied. Thanks Pharmacy Direct!

They're changing. I sent an email today, and they replied me fast. It's a good sign. However, please do not let the guest anxiously wait, timely inform out of stock or delivery situations, is the basis of good network sales. I hope their services get better and better.

I'm a long-term customer of Pharmacy Direct (online ordering) and they're excellent. The website is easy to use and has thorough descriptions. Delivery is fast and prices are very attractive. I've never had a problem.

It was a week after I had placed my order and it still hadn't arrived, so I emailed the company. they responded to my emails very quickly and sorted the problem (there was no house number in my postal address) Thank you so much for the great customer service!

I was skeptical to order at first due to some negative reviews but eventually I gave it a try. Was happy with the affordable prices of the items that I've ordered and the package has been delivered to me within 3 working days. I live in the rural area of Waikato, so didn't expect to receive the package on time. Thankyou pharmacy direct.

I buy everything from Pharmacy Direct. Their prices are much cheaper then local Pharmacies and they offer free shipping over $100 plus a loyality programme as well. I dealt with Te a a few times via email and she provided very friendly and efficient service. Highly Recommended.

I've bought from Pharmacy Direct many times over the last couple of years. Overall, they are pretty good to deal with. Items arrive well-packed and so far no mistakes with my orders. Their customer loyalty system seems to work as advertised and I've been able to redeem points the one time I had enough to do so. Their products aren't always the cheapest, but often the mix of products I buy from them still works out cheaper than most other online stores except iHerb (but then, a number of products I buy aren't available on iHerb, so Pharmacy Direct is my next preferred buyer of health-related products). The search system on Pharmacy Direct's website isn't that great, not being nearly as detailed or "drill-able" as the likes of iHerb, which I have found quite annoying. It has improved over the years, but it's still not "up to it" and could do with more work. Often I research products, comparing things like whether it's SLS or paraben free or not and such, and not having this as part of the search engine on PD often leads me to buy on iHerb. I have two specific bones to pick with PD. First, even placing an order as early as 1:30pm in the afternoon means it will not be processed until the following day, resulting in up to 48 hours between order and delivery instead of 12-24. I've not tried ordering before 12pm, or very early in the morning, to see if that makes a difference, but it's bugged me that they don't seem to process afternoon orders until the following day. In addition to that, any non-phone messages to their customer service team are not answered for at least 24 hours, sometimes longer. The second thing is they don't always advise when a product has suddenly gone out of stock. There have been at least a couple of instances where my order has got held up because an item listed as being in stock actually wasn't (or between the time I ordered and it being ready for picking, it's gone out of stock) and I was not advised of any delay - only me chasing things up resulted in any notification. So I suppose the takeaway from my experiences is that unless one actually phones PD to hurry things along, one needs to be prepared for things to be a little slow. If one doesn't mind a 48 hour turn around on orders, then that's fine. But otherwise, try to order very early and phone them to get things moving if they seem "stuck" in their system. I will buy from PD again, but they have lost a few orders from me to iHerb because of the slowness of their order system and the poor searchability of their products, as well as lack of stock diversity and higher prices. Of the NZ-based online Pharmacy stores, I think PD still edges out the others despite their lacks and deficiencies.

Have been a customer of Pharmacy Direct for over 3 years. Vast product range and very good prices. Not the fastest on dispatch but I am OK with that as I am not buying urgent items. Recommended for range and prices but do note dispatch speed if that is a top consideration for you.

Its a shame when you see low ratings for an experience I really enjoyed. The service was excellent and all the administration stuff like the courier tracking and invoicing was professionally completed.

Got tired of waiting (after 4 days) and went in store to pick up my order which had not been dispatched yet - they made us pay for it again, promising a refund of the online payment and later we realised they'd added $10 to the total cost of order - I was told that it's because we picked up the order that we placed online in person (instead of waiting 3 more days for a courier) so it wasn't an online order anymore. Would not recommend this store. UPDATE: The day after I posted this review, I was offered a refund of the additional $10 charge which I went in store to get. My issue was not with being overcharged (mistakes do happen), but with the response I got when I brought it to their attention. I believe there will be a more customer focused and friendly approach in future. I have adjusted my review upwards in line with my complaint now having been dealt with the way it should have been from the outset.

Long time customer here and im still happy purchasing from these guys. Order takes longer then they used to a few years ago but being alot busier I can understand it so now i just make sure i order well in advance to accomodate any delays and if i get my order earlier then bonus! Love how their prices are still alot cheaper then most places so even though im within walking distance to 3 pharmacies i still prefer to buy online from these guys. The couple of issues i have had has been sorted out in the end apologies for me getting snippy a couple of times its not your guys fault and i appreciate the help you have given in those instances. Still highly recommend you to people i know and work with so thanks guys!

Very good range and prices though slow delivery compared to other companies. I think they should dispatch an email within 48 hours if there is any delay and if just one product holding up the order, then please dispatch the remainder of the order in the meantime.

These guys should have all 5 stars. Just received my order before xmas and I was very happy with the products. I won't use any other website for my pharmacy needs.

I ordered a product online 2 days ago and received it today. Awesome work Pharmacy Direct. My package was even tracked. Very impressed. Lol this not a fake review.

Beware delivery can take a while. Their website says delivery is 1-3 days, however this is 1-3 days AFTER the order is prepared for dispatch. My last order of readily available medical stuff took 7days to arrive and I live in central Auckland.

As long as you aren’t in a hurry, don’t mind slow dispatch times(compared to other web retail sites), and don’t mind not knowing which item(s) are out of stock when ordering, this business has good selection and prices.
