B.I was served by the male pharmacist in this pharmacy and received the best care I could have ever asked for. He patiently listened to what I had to say and took the time to recommend me the right treatment for my condition :)) I felt very well looked after in his care, Thanks again!
Z.I completely disagree with some of the comments here. I visited the pharmacy again a few weeks ago and the 'short pharmacist starting with S' that a prev comment refers to (how rude) was absolutely AMAZING. Great SMILE and offers generous help.
She gave me many options of medication and was extremely patient during the busy hours. I appreciated her service and thanked her. I would now go to this pharmacy as a regular and only ask for her. A central pharmacy during lunch times is always going to be busy.

L.I came onto this site to compliment a pharmacist Selina for her help being so patient and friendly with her service and appalled at some comments below. I was gonna just leave with rating with stars but feel like I need to say something now.
Of course there is two sides to a story but funny enough I was there present when one of the situations commented happened. About the male customer with the blood pressure service, he was complaining about the service fee of 5 dollars and she patiently explained that unfortunately there is a service fee for measurement as it take time and is a 'service' and that there were people waiting in line to use consultation room for flu shots for it may take 10 minutes or so. He shouted at her demanding why he needed to pay and also wait and the pharmacist stated it was a busy time and to have a think about it and let her know if he wanted to go ahead but he continued to shout and be rude to her about this issue and about having to pay.
In my case, as I was so sick, she asked if I wanted to take a seat and was so sympathetic towards me and showed me a wide ranges of products and ended up buying the whole lot as she explained patiently what they were for and now I am feeling 100% and owe it to her.
I will go into the store next time and thank her again and make sure that she doesnt feel discouraged by these nasty comments.
H.I am a transsexual (male to female) in mid transition and I don't always 'pass' as female visually or vocally.
I accept this, but a lot of people don't, and I encountered a few people in Auckland's stores who didn't, despite my being a paying customer.
However, I want to commend the positive rather than address every negative attitude I encounter.
The retail manager at this store treated me really well and even kindly made the effort to address me as the gender I was trying to present as.
This really meant a lot me and made such a difference to my day, even though such a small thing.
Thank you and I hope this store continues this great level of customer service!

After reading my review, the manager of the pharmacy, Selina, took the time to contact me personally and apologise. Hence, I have changed my review accordingly. A big thanks to her for reaching out to me about my experience.
