A.If it weren't for Fiona, I wouldn't have figured out that I had an infection. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding - things particularly appreciated by a somewhat confused American working abroad. She and Daniella both helped me get to where I needed to go and helped me figure out how to pay for treatment. Wonderful people work here - definitely a great place to go!
K.The pharmacist here is really lovely and extremely helpful. I have been having issues with pain management due to a dislocated knee and issues with a orthopedic surgeon that wouldn't listen to me and tried to solve the issue with over medicating while waiting for the surgery date. The pharmacist here definitely has the best interests and welfare of customers in mind and was extremely helpful in giving advice that could've saved me from further issues and complications. It's a huge relief having someone actually listen and offer up a alternative rather than trying to handle the situation on my own which could've resulted in more issues. Huge thank you to the pharmacist at unichem ponsonby, your concern for patient welfare is very much greatly appreciated!
P.Daniella and her team are always friendly, helpful and have great product knowledge. Recently while preparing for a trip to Africa Daniella googled a variety of Malaria medications and gave me print outs on each one so I could decide which suited me the best, she really went the extra mile and it was
appreciated!!!
S.Excellent service. All the medication was thoroughly explained to me. The oncologist was impressed with how thorough Daniella was said I was one of the few patients he had treated who had had such good clear instructions on storage and use of the medication. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
