n.It is inside the medical center. The guy served me is reasonable in customer service. Opened till 11.00pm. So, that is the best thing about them. McDonalds is around the corner. Onsite parking 🅿️ available.
L.Went in for vaccine passes for my non-tech-savy, non-smartphone inlaws on a busy Saturday. Appreciated the lanyard suggestion made by the pharmacist as the inlaws are a fan of this accessory.
L.On facebook, friends were sharing the post about a free prescription pharmacy in Otara. The post reads, "locally owned & operated". It was not free here but free at the other end, although I appreciate the pharmacist telling us the cost and giving us a choice. The joke is, the owners of both pharmacies are the same. Not very fair on Otara community knowing people who are tight on money, could have saved that money if they walked a bit further.
U.They do what they can with what resources are available at the time. They need more chairs for people to sit while waiting for their medications, they only have the one chair but other than that it’s your typical run in the mill chemist store who provides a good service for the community.
J.Was waiting for 2 hours at medical centre on tuesday night, but the pharmacy service was quick and efficient. Pharmacy was also busy and lots of people waiting for medicines but I think the male asian pharmacist was handling smoothly and quickly. Great team. recommended.
L.A nice pharmacy delivering healthcare to a much needed community. Good to see some representation amongst the staff that reflects the community. My only complaint would be that there were only 2 chairs and a couple of elderly people were standing waiting for their medications.
S.5/5 for the pleasant customer service received by the staff working Thursday night.
2/5 for the two occasions my father-in-law was told there is not a trained pharmacist available to do his blood test in the mornings. A trained pharmacist should open on weekdays like the one working tonight. Please give this cohort of patients the respect they deserve.
P.Got medicines late night on weekend, very pleased to visit, fast , efficient and friendly. Never had an issue with staff and pharmacy.
M.Great service very friendly. Didn't get charged for my 13 year olds prescription... it's free...I normally pay $5 per prescription at my local pharmacy. (OTAHUHU)
A.So grateful for a pharmacy to open til late on Wednesday. I've never been in a pharmacy that was so busy but we received impeccable service from the pharmacist and the young Indian lad that took the time to provide counselling. Ka pai to the two pacific women working in pharmacy.

b.I'm guessing Bhargav is the new manager because he was managing the staff, greeting customers, very knowledgeable and working hard at the back on Monday, all so brilliantly. The staff are all of Indian origin, which is a first. All the best to him.
R.where is raj working now? there are 2 new pharmacists and to my surprise they are the managers now. should have someone who is more engaging and less snobbish for a diverse area. the big indian fella shineel that worked saturday was more engaging with the customers and not just standing behind a computer or at the back. on a positive note, the young girl survi has exceptional customer service.
