E.The entire team at this location is amazing and very personable. Every time I visit this location I’m treated like family. The staff all seem very happy so this means they must have excellent management. It’s the best location I’ve been to in all of New Zealand

A.Thos is my favorite pharmacy. The prices are competitive, the staff are very knowledgeable , always friendly and help with any prescription queries I may have . They have a huge range of vitamins that are always on sale.

I decided to write a review as the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and I wanted to say thank you. Not often do you find staff that are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m shocked anyone would have anything bad to say about this place, however like I said people tend only to write negative experiences. Thank you so much to the lovely pharmacist who was working ! Also bought some much needed makeup (on sale haha) and overall had a amazing experience! Will be back :-)
a.Great store its my favorite pharmacy to shop at . The store always has everything I need at competitive prices ( there is always good sales and specials whenever I've been in ) . The staff are so helpful and friendly and you always feel appreciated as a customer when shopping here. I look forward to my next shop to see what specials they have.
T.This pharmacy has really great customer service. The staff there are knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions. They were all friendly and approachable which is rare to find in a pharmacy. They have a huge range of products and listen to what you are looking for and the staff will find a selection of products and explain what the differences are between each so you can make an informed purchase. The prices are reasonable and the store is laid out in a clean, open, easy to navigate way. I walked in feeling very sick and miserable this afternoon, but left this pharmacy feeling like I am properly armed to combat this nasty cold. Thanks again team! A very happy customer here!

There are a couple of staff members who are doing their best to compete with the nearby McDonald's for World's Most Apathetic Employee awards, but it's a compact, well-stocked and decently-priced store in a convenient location on Queen Street. No surprises, no disappointments, no outstanding experiences.
R.An absolute lifesaver! It’s great that downtown Auckland has a pharmacy open seven days a week. I went to Unichem today for an awful sunburn and was immediately assisted by the pharmacist! Excellent customer service and helpful advice from the pharmacy staff.
K.You cannot leave this store empty-handed because it has almost everything you need from hand cream to medicine. Vitamins are also sold here. Staff are professional and helpful. Never be dissappointed when being served here.
N.I think people can be so harsh with the reviews and don’t really leave good ones. I couldn’t find the location that’s just a couple stores down from this store so I’ll leave this here - The person who served me Narae Kim was so friendly and professional about what I needed, couldn’t be happier with how she approached the topic.

A.Took a while to do a Blood Pressure check. Spare at least 30 min to do that
S.(Translated) Manuka + Propolis Oral Spray, Manuka Soap, Manuka Skincare Products, Manuka Toothpaste, etc. There are many specialty products related to Manuka Honey, so don't go to the popular and expensive souvenir shops in the city. We stay long late on Saturdays and Sundays! Some of these are 30% cheaper than souvenir shops. It's not too far to walk, the quality of goods, the price is cheap, but ... If you don't have too much time, it's the cheapest and most reasonable way to buy a souvenir.
