They’ve been caring and offering excellent advice to my mum and dad for many years, so If you want personalised treatment from your pharmaceutical expert then support LOCAL rather than these big overseas based chemists. The West Harbour pharmacy offers free prescriptions for the over 65’s and community card holders so support our local chemists or we’ll lose them.

The pharmacist was not only welcoming but also exceptionally friendly, making my visit much more pleasant than I anticipated. We posted and emailed a complaint to them and they responded promptly by giving us a call, explained the situation/clarifying the confusion. It was frustrating for us because we didn't get the right item we were hoping to get from them, but because they are having similar problem with other pharmacies in getting the product in, they decided to refund to us what we paid for immediately. We appreciate their prompt service.

Everything was well packaged and the item needed to be kept chilled, so it was delivered in a chilly bin with ice packs.

It actually saved me a lot of severe pain so thumbs up from me.
