K.Great service, easy to use and fast delivery . I ordered a covid kit and it was delivered very fast. Great communication from zoom pharmacy notifying me that my order would take a extra few days as they had a lot of orders but that was no worry. Still arrived fast. Very happy with the service and will definitely use zoom again .
A.Zoom pharmacy has made it easier for me to take my medicine daily with the pre packed medicines. I use to forget to take them or if I had them I couldn't remember. As well as that medicines that are not subsidized are cheaper through Zoom. Also I would find it hard to afford my meds, but because I take more than four it is free which helps me and my children financially. Thank you Zoom pharmacy for always being professional, courteous and prompt to name a few :-)
P.Zoom Pharmacy are amazing. Never have to worry about running out of scripts as they remind you, can get your repeats from Dr for you. Courier to your door no cost to customer. tablets all packaged clearly, time to be taken, name of tablets on each pack . Sheet of paper with coloured pic of each med and what its for. Perfect system and always able to speak with pharmacists on free phone. I'm a very happy customer and tell lots of people how good Zoom is, as they don't believe our prescriptions can be delivered to us as well with no charges. Change to ZOOM .
L.Convenient friendly service that delivers straight to your door. They can even arrange your repeat prescription for you. Living rurally and being immune compromised this service has been invaluable to me. Highly recommend

A.I wish I had joined Zoom ages ago! Now there's no reason to panic when I run low on my medications and the prepackaged system ensures I don't have to worry whether I've taken my pills or not, and if I go out I can just pop the days package in my bag and not worry! A massive money saver too.
J.Only just started using Zoom's service as my specialist recommended it. Amazing communication, friendly and helpful staff. It was so quick and so convenient being shipped to me door. Heaps cheaper for medication that isn't funded!
A.Love ZOOM so much! They have amazing customer service, they send your medications to your house, all packaged and ready to take in sachets or in doses. Highly recommend to everyone.
A.Hassel free, dont have to leave the house. only thing i have to do is phone GP when need repeat, which zoom let me know I need one if you dont use them best thing you can do it join zoom. 4 or more different meds no fees.

L.Can’t fault! Was a bit reluctant at first as they are based out of Auckland, but every time I have always experienced helpful staff and dispatch super quick! It makes life so much easier! No more waiting at the pharmacy for 15-20mins.
N.Thank you zoom for turning a time consuming task of managing my dad meds into a easy and stress free task. I was spending up to two hours of my time heading to the supermarket to collect my dad scripts every 3-4weeks, and then place his meds into a mon-sun pill box. Now that I’ve switched to zoom, I don’t have to worry him running low on meds, as they blister pack the meds and automatically courier the next repeat. Highly recommend if you take multiple meds, and struggle to collect your meds from a pharmacy or supermarket. Thank you again zoom!

The way they pack multi pills, also the packing for insulin. I have had the free shipping and free prescription chemists before but Zoom beat them.

S.Another next day delivery at my rural location. They always exceed my expectations. I got given a medical chart for my medication. Which will help my partner immensely. Plus a news letter about heart medication. And love the text reminders to take my meds.
G.It's not often I recommend a product or a service, but I give ZOOM Pharmacy a 10/10. Was already reasonably happy with how things were and wasn't going to change, but I'm glad I did. It only took two days, from ringing my doctor and asking for my three-monthly lot of repeats. Asked her to send script to ZOOM instead of local pharmacy. Meds were delivered to my door by overnight courier. Because I'm on more than four meds, it was free. Also free blister packs in convenient roll/dispenser. All relevant information printed on the morning and night sachets. Free courier also. Excellent communication, either by phone, txt or email. ZOOM is fab!
J.I'm new to zoom. So far it is fantastic, the pharmacist rang to confirm my prescription and my meds were quickly delivered. Because it was more than 4 everything was free. They keep tract of any repeats coming up and stay in touch.

A.I can't recommend Zoom Pharmacy high enough. After having horrible service from our local Feilding Pharmacy, I finally gave Zoom Pharmacy a go. They ring you to discuss your medication and the service they provide, and every month your next lot of pills arrive in individually packed sachets, which pull in a convenient box they supply. Doesn't matter if you have to take pills morning, noon and night, each lot is individually wrapped making things so easy. And it's all for free! At least give them a go.... they're well worth it.
S.I've been recommending Zoom to everyone, including my GP, Ward 10 at Christchurch Hospital, Health Care worker, Domestic Care worker and many others. I fully recommend Zoom with no hesitation or doubts because I know, that once someone makes contact with Zoom, that Zoom will prove themselves to all and sundry simply by providing exemplary Zoom services.
