j.A staff (Karen)was not happy that we trying samples of different fragrance. She got unfriendly behaviour. Once she left for the lunch brake an Asian staff help us to choose the right one (burberry hero for me & Dolce & Gabbana The One The Only One Intense for my wife) and she is really calm and patient.

K. L.I saw a fantastic team member called Jess who works at the Clinique counter. She is such a kind, thorough, and helpful person and I’d recommend her to anyone. I came in with with a difficult request (salicylate free make up products) and she spent ages looking through all the ingredients checking them with me and didn’t make me feel bothersome - massive thanks, I’ll be back!
M. A.Great customer service. Best and latest products. Best selection of perfumes and often cheaper than duty free. The events they have are awesome. Just had best facial from dior and free gifts with purchase. Loyalty program too.
S. F.Lots of variety and products, staff helpful and quick to offer service. Only drawback is the pharmacy can take quite a while to prepare an order. Tip - put order in and go away for coffee/shop and return an hour later to pick up otherwise you can be waiting a long time (over 30 minutes for my last order)

They are happy to spend time explaining differences between products and answering questions, they ask relevant questions to help recommend appropriate products, and greet with a smile. The only downside is that it's very busy, being in a mall. But wait times are still usually only 10- 15 mins for prescriptions
