P.The owner Hugh Gordon although have not met in person but on the phone wonderful caring gentleman whom cares about the community especially about the East Coast lovely man to speak with..staff here are wonderful...
A.After 2 medical centers in Gisborne were unable to give my wife and I our annual senior flue injections which was due to us not being registered with them, as we are visitors to Gisborne. Gordens Pharmacy did them straight away the moment we arrived even without an appointment. We found the pharmacy and staff excellent. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Gordens Pharmacy, we can now continue our touring of NZ as we have been for the past 6 years non stop, knowing that we are protected against the flue as both of us are in our 80s.
B.Isn't it sad when pharmacies (i.e. their staff) get full of themselves and their brand and forget good old-fashioned service? Gordon's delivers that, with friendly, helpful staff who know how to show discretion when it is required.
