S.I was stunned with this place.
The first thing I noticed was a guy on his hands and knees scrubbing the floor. I asked to talk the pharmacist and a gentlemen pointed me to the guy scrubbing the floor. He was the pharmacy manager.
Omar gave me the best customer service I have ever had. I was having leg cramps and he explained for a least 5 minutes the causes, recommended I increase my water intake, stretch morning and night and walk around regularly at work to exercise my legs. I was insistent on magnesium so he sold me some and for the first time in 3 year I have not had cramps at night.
I just want to say thank you to all of you at Te rapa Countdown as you are all very friendly but especially omar, he was very genuine.
B.I had a great expirence with Omar. I thought I had a cold which wouldn't go but he explained it was hayfever and sorted me out. I'm thankful as I can finally taste my food 😅
