D. H.I would like to express my gratitude and patience when requiring minor surgery. South City Dr's especially Dr Ewen and Dr Hancock were helpful and professional in all their dealings with me. Louise from Accounts managed the financial side with diplomacy and tact during a challenging time. This enabled me to have the needed surgery and retain my dignity while I worked through the financial cost. I have been coming to this practise for 20 years now and right from Dr Bradley looking after me during my pregnancy to now - you have been amazing.

G. L.Not the best place if you are a Karen. But if you aren't a Karen then this is a really good practice. Doctors that I have seen are knowledgeable and caring, admin staff and nurses are very professional/serious. That professional/serious attitude would offend a Karen.
Not the cheapest but but a full time job eases the sting from the bill.
Same again with the pharmacy; if you a Karen, don't come here. But if you don't mind waiting, they are pretty good and very helpful with prescriptions.

T. M.First visit to SCP today and had a lovely experience. Had to collect a prescription for my daughter. Staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. The pharmacy has a great selection of gifts and I left with some nice goodies for my daughter and I.
H. M. A.GREAT doctors and nurses! Dr Jenny Wong is exceptionally fantastic. She listens to your needs as patients and parents and very caring. She made appropriate referral for my boy who had an accident.
BLOODY RUDE line of receptionists!
Management should review the front desk who arent helpful, rude and obstructive to patients’ medical care.
