S.Are nice and polite, but take hours to prepare scripts, claim they haven't received email when you at Drs watching it being sent and the time. Not good enough.
Left Drs we presented at pharmacy 3hrs later and still got this response took them another hour to prepare script that's 4 hours rediculous
D.What a lovely place, and everything in the shop, is set out so beautifully. The staff are very nice, and very friendly, and helpful. And I was so surprised, when I discovered that they pay for your prescriptions. Wow, that had never happened to me before!
K.Unichem shop always busy, many people waiting to be served at peak times, you could try just up 38 Tuhikaramea Rd, at Westend Pharmacy not far away.

K.5 star because my great grandmother loves the staff - they are all really friendly and look after their regulars. The store is clean and always well stocked and the staff have good product knowledge. The wait times for prescriptions are reasonable too.
