Despite my limited English proficiency, the people here have still made an effort to assist me. Last weekend, when I came here to buy allergy ointment, Allen helped me translate and communicate with the doctor for nearly an hour. I truly admire his patience and dedication, which made us feel very warm and welcomed in a foreign land.

I take medication for ADHD which is restricted, I have had instances of being made to feel like a dodgy drug seeker while trying to refill my prescription. No one wants to have ADHD and no one wants to take medication their entire life, so stop assuming everyone prescribed stimulant meds is a criminal of some sort.
