K.We started using Chris at Waterloo Pharmacy when dad was terminally I’ll.Chris was very kind and caring and above all helpful with sound advice.
Since then he has helped us navigate our own new medical issues and medication. He reminds us when our prescriptions must be getting low or repeats due so we never run out.
We appreciate the warm welcome when you enter the chemist and friendly chit chat.
Chris had been and still is wonderful.

E.Chris has looked after us over the past few years with so much care. His knowledge has supported us through some really challenging situations - and he is so genuine and personable in his approach. Even when we moved from Lower to Upper Hutt we stayed with Waterloo as we appreciated his professionalism and advice so much!
