Went in to get some products. Sangeeta came over and helped me find the product I was after. She then asked me more about what was going on for me and recommended more helpful products. Her empathy and care felt very genuine and was nice to be helped by someone with so much knowledge.

I had asked my medical centre in Tauranga to send through a repeat prescription. Unfortunately they got confused and sent it to the Tauranga Chemist Warehouse. Jazelle from the Valley went above and beyond to sort out the problem and I had my meds within two hours. Outstanding service with a smile and can do attitude. Can't thank her enough

My friend and I walked in to Valley Chemist Warehouse. We spotted Sangeeta and asked her for a good men's multivitamin she took us around different aisle and showed us many brands from cheap to expensive and explained the differences between each.This explanation made us trust her and she told us what all we needed to remain at high levels of productivity keeping stress at bay ..We walked away happy to have purchased seven products .My friend could get advise on tingling hands and legs and how B12 helps..we are so happy to see personalized care for us and someone who knows and speaks from the heart about our specific needs speaking two languages helped us as she is from our country if not our region .. Thanks a lot such advise came from maturity and genuine care .. We will be back to buy more products recommended by Sangeeta.

I would say they r the best. And the pharmacist specially those two brothers are so good and easy to approach and they give you right medicine which actually works. Lucky to have people like that in the pharmacy. God bless them.

Sangeeeeeta, lovely meeting you, always smiling, ready to assist, very helpful. She does an outstanding customer service. Keep it up Sangeeta. So well stocked chemist, good variety of products (supplements, creams, perfumes, etc) quick and easy to park, good prices too. Love it.

Went in this evening and all the stuff helpful and cheerful. My husband and I had glorious assistance on vitamins by Sangeeta, she showed us different types and answered all our questions and she even liaised with one of the male pharm technician on which product ingredient suited our needs👌👏🏾 Great service awesome pricing, wow I noticed the shop has my favorite perfumes ‘Red Door’ and White Diamonds 100ml bottles too, I’m definitely coming back

Next level amazing :) from the moment I walked in. even a new starter sales assistant gave such an amazing CS. The 2IC has gone beyond and above with his job, from my random questions to collagen capsules. If I have more time to shop I can easily spent another hour and have a trolley full of all sort of products. Sorry I cant remember both of your names but thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience at The Chemist Warehouse The Valley ! Lovely lady with curly hair in fragrance and exceptional customer service from a young brunette lady at the counter. Nice quiet sunday night shopping ! Will be back later this week.

Chemist Warehouse has a great variety at a great price. Rizwan , Pharmacy Assistant was absolutely Awesome in assisting me to find the best vitamin supplements to suit me. Very helpful and extremely knowledgable. He even showed me how much cheaper the dish washing tabs were compared to Bargain Chemist. In fact, everything is cheaper!

designed for impulse buying, in particular for vitamins and supplements If you're looking for specifics low-profit items, like latex gloves, you're not going to find it without shop help. Oddly given its size, you're not going to find any signs labelling aisles. Honestly if I was a pharmacist, I wouldn't want to work there. They seem stressed, doing double-duty as a pharmacist, and sales help.

Absolutely amazing service from the staff. The pharmacists in the dispensary are very helpful and kind. The fragrances guy (Abe) was very friendly and obliging, and helped me pick two amazing perfumes for my wife and I! Best salesperson of the year! Definitely coming back again for all my essential shopping!!
