Always top service here! Judith was especially amazing! Her knowledge, professionalism and expertise really shined through. I felt very welcome the moment I walked in and even better as I walked out. Highly recommend the team here!!

Willing to go the extra mile for an out of towner at the busiest time of year. I don't post 5star ratings so 4 is top of the pops for me. Just watching the 2 staff were efficient, friendly and unfailingly polite to the large numbers that entered. I applaud them and wonder how the heck they're going to be able to take a break

“Lost for words!” An age old expression reserved for something almost unique - see Dictionary for definition- ie unparalleled. My wife and I changed to Mary’s Fairy Springs Pharmacy when it first began (date forgotten?) Kim, Mary’s assistant from the start reflects Mary’s staff and customer relationships 10 out of 10 in every way- we love them both and are sure that the Drs, nurses and the ladies who tend to the phones have a like respect for their In House Pharmacist.

Judgemental and rude, I try my best to 'truck on' in life...and I get judged every day for just being me, you can judge me in your own time but when you are suppose to be at work handling others health and are held to high esteemed practices I would expect some professionalism. Edit: Thankyou for responding , I appreciate the apology, this was a review based on how I felt initially mainly with another pharmacist, not yourself Mary. Based on how I feel 3 months later my opinion has changed and I feel much more comfortable using fairy springs as my go to pharmacy. Thankyou.
