Y.Went in after seeing a doctor with a few scripts. The guy who served me was very pleasant and helpful. He recommended me some probiotics with something I had to take and explained the reasonings. Not sure if he's just a great salesman or if he goes beyond for customers but he was genuinely sweet and caring which I don't think I've gotten service like that in any other pharmacies or chemists. Didn't manage to catch his name but he was the guy with dark hair and glasses.
M.I am sincerely thankful for the help and assistance I received from Hassan. Without any hesitation he assisted me when I didn’t get any help, assistance or guidance from the useless government agencies which has been put in place to assist. When I contacted Hassan again for guidance, he did not hesitate to help me. He does not know how much his help have helped us over this Christmas holiday. Thank you so very much.
s.The staff are extremely helpful with any questions about my medication. And are great at following up anything the doctor missed on my regular prescription! I highly recommend the friendly staff to anyone who is considering changing chemists! !

B.I just changed pharmacies and went to this one cause of the great reviews. Have had trouble with other pharmacies - getting things wrong, not very nice etc which has made getting my meds a stressful process in the past. Went in, asked for my prescription. Hassan was very friendly and asked if I needed help with anything else while I waited for my prescription. I had a look around the shop while I waited (very nice shop too) - the pharmacist was very quick. Hassan was also very knowledgeable. The best customer service I have ever seen at a pharmacy. Glad I made the switch to 15th Ave Pharmacy.
