I feel so very comfortable going to Maidstone Pharmacy and I have from the very first day I started going here , I genuinely respect all the staff here 😊
C. B.My daughter's had their ears pierced here. It was reasonably priced, but the woman who did the actual piercing was a little bit sour- which dampened the experience some. The lady behind the counter was lovely though, and was happy to chat with us. A smile goes a long way.

The confusing part is that with such amazing Staff providing such great service you would think that providing great Customer Service is of upmost importance to this business.... but when you watch their opening hours being cut back more & more you realise looking after their customers isn’t as much of a priority as one would have hoped. From Memory the opening hours 15yrs ago was Mon-Friday 0700-2100hrs Sat-Sun 0800-1800hrs opening hours now in August 2020 after Reducing their weekend hours earlier in the year and then using some bull sh!t lie during lockdown that it was to scary being the only ones open so late with no other shops open near them which was believable until they never bothered changing back after lockdown so currently Mon-Fri 0800-1800 Sat-Sun 0900-1500hrs
