S.Had a great experience with Joel at the pharmacy, absolute champ.
Long story short, needed a very urgent RAT to travel. Spoke to him on the phone and 5 minutes later when we arrived he had everything ready to go.
Was a quick turnaround and even made himself available on his mobile to discuss the results with our travel staff if required, if/when the official results came through.
Saved us a lot of drama. Legend.
L.Good cheap prices and a wide range. The staff are friendly and let you look around on your own. Best place for supplements as they have everything with multiple different brands too.
L.I can totally understand the people leaving one star reviews and being told their feedback has been passed on - as I too received no service in store not even a hello.
Luckily I knew exactly what I was after and didn't mind touring the store to find it.
In this case I'm happy as the item was $13 cheaper than the chemist I normally go to.
If I needed assistance... Yeah nah

M.I have not used the pharmacist so cannot comment on their service. The service at the other counters are ok, on par with other chemists which also offer free prescriptions and so do not have to expend too much energy to woo customers.
The 4 stars is for the pricing of some of their supplements, which so far has been the cheapest even compared to some online, legit, discount pharmacies where freight / courier charges often negate otherwise decent discounts. However the drawback is they carry very little stock for some lines and nothing for some brands so it pays to stock up if you find what you want.

We frequent the store quite a bit, and really happy to buy the bigger quantities of the stuff we like.

G.fantasic wide range of all medications & vitamins etc your require at fantastic low prices puts more money back in your pocket. not like other chemists unaceptable & unbeleavable pricing as supermarkets just as bad. staff member charlotte was fantic in her work for customer service communication reliabilty happy outgoing personality also very honest & trustworthy individual. i hope bargin chemist looks at opening in petone or lower hutt even go nation wide all the way to kaitia,they would go well in the communitys with there pricing & top quality products & good staff. i be back for sure. keep up the good work team you & your staff are going well with myself also other customers in the communitys. 7000 goldstar award from me. thank you. sincerly graham nelson
H.A large discount pharmacy and health stores. Prices much cheaper than other pharmacies. Prescription desk also available at the back. Other than medical related, you can also find general household needs like laundry powder. Service lacks quality but it’s okay since it’s a ‘mega’ store pharmacy and are much cheaper than elsewhere.
