H. B.I’m really impressed with the service and convenience of Countdown Newtown Pharmacy.
They always seem to be busy however at least you can pick up the odd item for tonight’s tea while you wait or sit in the customer chairs if you don’t need to.
I also appreciate they don’t clip the ticket with faxed prescriptions like some pharmacies do.
Good service too; while I was waiting for my script, the pharmacist took real care and attention with a customer who was getting medicine for his sick child even though they were busy.
Great hours too, although I hope they get some downtime!

S.Helpful, friendly service and advice. Despite being in a supermarket with heavy foot traffic pharmacists know me by name and go the extra mile to ensure all my medicine needs are met. Would highly recommend getting the flu jab here - quick easy and didn’t hurt at all!
M.Staff are honest, friendly, and helpful. Told me straight up there was nothing suitable for what I had (I needed prescription) instead of other places who try to sell you stuff that won’t work. Gave good advice.
