M.Rocelle was absolutely amazing providing care for my 94 year old grand mother whilst waiting to see a doctor at the adjacent Whitecross.
Whitecross refused to give us a dressing for my Nana's hand. Which at the time was covered with a hanky that I was concerned would stick to her wound..... which she kept bumping.
I popped next door to the pharmacy and bought a sterile dressing. Rochelle accompanied me back to Whitecross and dressed my Nanas hand beautifully.
Thank you so much Rochelle for your incredible customer service!
