Ended up ordering nearly $1400 worth of accessories and was able to pick them all up the following morning. Will definitely be using Auckland Camera Centre again!

I was thinking of transferring to a mirrorless camera, the staff patiently explained the pros and cons and went through a variety of options with me. The best part is being able to try out the cameras and lenses at the store which gives confidence when purchasing equipment. I visited the shop multiple times and on one occasion spent nearly 2hrs testing the gear and lenses. Thank You Auckland Camera Centre so much for your time and patience, highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used camera.

E.Excellent customer service. I'm traveling currently and unable to order equipment online or in person before I travel onwards to New Zealand. Figured I'd order from a shop there and collect on arrival. Google found these guys. Helped me through the process including the issues with ordering online with travel cards etc. Pointed me in the right direction to avoid extra fees. Not even met them in person but would absolutely recommend to anyone.

J.Hands down the best place for all your camera needs. They literally have everything you could possibly need or want for your camera. As for customer service, let me just say that if there were a better star rating system I'd give the Auckland Camera Centre team a 10 out of 5 STARS!!! they deserve DOUBLE star rating for their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Everyone is highly trained and actually knows what you're talking about, it's weird to say but every time I go into their store, it literally feels like as if I am at home because of how they treat you and how welcoming they all are, just like your family or friends would welcome you in. The saying in retail goes something like "Go the extra mile" today that's exactly what James (from Auckland Camera Centre) did, I needed help with advice & how to work a specific function on my camera, a camera that I bought from a different store, I called James to see if he was free to see me & possibly give me advice, without hesitating he said "come in we'll talk then", upon arrival James took me through the functions & gave me advice on how to work my camera. I've bought lenses from them & a couple of other things but nothing today, regardless of not making a sale he treated me like a friend rather than a "customer". I will continue to shop from Auckland Camera Centre & I highly recommend anyone who needs a camera or camera accessories to visit these guys, trust me you won't regret it. Thank you James and the team at Auckland Camera Centre for an amazing experience.

I've exchanged my new camera bought here (which has a strange hit on the side, i didn't check the whole stuff the first time, should be done systematically by the seller in front of you to avoid the "maybe-guilty-maybe-not" stuff) for a "ok" one without problems.

k.Goodness gracious, earlier on I must had pressed "1 Star" by accident. I have been dealing with this store for almost 10 years and it is the best from A to Z. Staff are helpful and bosses are good people except I don't get enough discount ...hahaha

J.I've tried different camera stores in the past, but when I came across Auckland Camera Centre, there was no other comparison when it comes to knowledge and great service. They know what they are talking about whenever I have questions, and more importantly when it comes to customer service, they are super reliable, super patient, and super reasonable. Just recently I called up and asked for assistance to read the shutter count on my Canon DSLR as I was having issues downloading the software onto my mac. They suggested I just bring the camera in, and read the shutter count in a few minutes. It's the little things that go a long way. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

C.This guys are BAR NONE, THE place to get anything photo/video related in NZ and I've been to a couple of them. The guys in the team are not just sales persons but photographers themselves, so they know what they talk. Been shopping with them for 6 years almost (I've been 7 in NZ)
