Fantastic service and advice. I purchased a DJI Mavic Air 2S on Ferntech's recommendation and I couldn't be happier. The drone is incredible for the price and has so many features that it is going to take me a while to learn and remember all of them. Thank you Tom and your team. The video clip is from a test flight the day I received the drone and it was filmed in late afternoon. This is just a short clip.

Best prices I could find and got a prompt reply to my service requests. My drone is really good quality. the only issue I had was I needed an expensive upgrade to my phone which I wasn't aware of at first. I ended up buying a tablet instead. Lockdown didn't help as I was unable to talk to anyone in store before buying. I previously flew a RC helicopter and spent more time fixing it and waiting on parts than it was in the air and it didn't even have a camera. My drone is a huge improvement in that, so easy to fly from day one and rock steady. If you fly within the CAA rules, there is still a lot you can do with them.

Great customer service. Very reliable. Bought a Mini 2 which had a hardware problem when first updated. Called Ferntech and they asked me to send it back with a preordered courier during lockdown. Few days later I received a brand new product and it is simply awesome. Definitely will make my next purchase with them.

I have shopped here a few times now. Mostly order online then pick up. Every time it is hassle free, easy and staff have been friendly. Easy to locate the shop, and the parking out back is handy! My last order had to wait for the DJI Refresh code to arrive, but they emailed me the following day to let me know they had activated it on my drone for me! If you are looking for a drone, action Camera, or any other DJI accessories (and PGYTech) - you need to check these guys out. I'm saving for my next drone already. time to move up a model to 2:) Thanks Ferntech!

crashed my mavic 2 pro zoom into a tree..i thought it was going to be write-off.it still flew,but wasn't safe.i sent it up to ferntech,and its basically brand new.they replaced all four arms and the chassis ...its flying superbly.these guys know what they're doing.excellent service.

This place is like a the toystore for adult people, I love tech and drones and they have all the best. I love to go there to buy my bigboy toys. Besides if you don't have all the money you can use afterpay and that's it, finally the costumer service is really amazing. Totally recommended.

Would've been 5 stars if their EFTPOS machine was more up to date since my cards are all on my phone I had to get my partner to send a picture of my card to conclude the payment. A High-tech store is expected to have a High-tech EFTPOS credit card machine.

Ordered the DJI Mini 2 in the morning of release date. Picked up the drone 2 hours later. What great service these guys have in regards to support. Had trouble activating my dji care refresh on the drone. I then contacted them and they sorted it out and got it activated with dji within hours. Excellent service.

DJI FERNTECH must have a special team dedicated to teaching their staff on how to treat customers in a way that they'll return, what I am trying to say is that the team at DJI FERNTECH deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer service, definitely worth 5 stars. I am literally one of those "annoying customers" who keeps calling a store of help or advice, every time I call the team at DJI FERNTECH (even though they know I've called a 100 times before) they are still willing to help out with anything. This DJI store just launched in Auckland in June 2017. It's located just next to a bridal studio. The floor area is quite small, with just two tables featuring the Inspire, Phantom, Mavic, Spark and Osmo. It's great that there is a considerable range of accessories including the Goggles. A 3 meter square demo area surrounded by a net. Accepts credit cards and parking is quite plenty. I guess they wanted to keep costs down by not opening in the CBD or any malls.
