Richard has a limitless ability with photography & does wonders over & over. I've gone back to him over the years because he alwways tells an amazing story through the photos he captures that add huge value to each different need at the time. Couldn't recommend him more, since the work speaks for itself, you'll be pleasantly suprised that he will make you smile no matter the time of day, location or environment, literally making the way for a great photo. Richard was an absolute pleasure to work with! And his lovely and kind assistant who was very helpful during the shoot. I had such a great experience, they made me feel very at ease and comfortable throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer and I am very happy with the photos. My search for professional headshots to use on digital and print media channels led me to Headshot Studio/Richard. I don't think anyone is really comfortable with portrait photography, so Richard's professionalism and enthusiasm really made the shoot a relaxing and enjoyable experience; highly personal, and he puts clients at ease with his sense of humour. Also, Richard is very diligent during the photo session and during post-session editing. This resulted in exactly what I was looking for - high-quality and well-priced photos. I am extremely pleased with the result and highly recommend Richard to anyone who needs high-quality headshot or profile images

10/10 - Richard from Headshot Studio is THE BEST!! Seriously! #1. I went into this, a little anxious, not really knowing what to expect, thinking the photo session might be a bit awkward, but holy heck, I was BLOWN away by how much fun the session really was. Richard makes you feel super comfortable in front of the camera, he gets all your best looks and really goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed. Even more surprising, you leave thinking 'wow, that was a lot of fun' and excited to see the results. The final edits were incredible and I am so in love with the final results. Seriously, if you are after new photos, for headshots, Linkedin, or even a handy portrait, you will regret not choosing Richard and his business! I can't stress enough how outstanding they came out.

Best headshots I’ve ever had. Richard helped me feel comfortable in front of the camera and guided me through posing, which I’ve always struggled with, but I’ve never had a photographer take the time and patience to help me perfect my expressions and poses like Richard did. My first photoshoot was taken by Richard few days ago. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know what to do in front of the camera. But Richard guided me through everything very smoothly and professionally. He brought out the confidence deep down inside me and made me feel so comfortable with the camera soon afterwards. You know what works and what I wanted and you delivered. Sometimes photographers second guess themselves and mess with lighting so much that you lose energy. It was my first ever photoshoot and throughout my life I couldn’t ever get a good photo of myself. When I met Richard at my session, I truly didn’t know what to expect. His love and passion for photography and people in general is amazing. I felt really relaxed and knew he was going to do a good job on my photos. As we took the photos, he was very precise about direction and where my positioning is meant to be. He was very articulate about what he’s thinking about each time he is taking a photo. And after each round of photos we do, we both sit down and have a look at the photos and compare and contrast against each photo side by side. It’s brilliant how he is very precise about the photos, he just wants to make sure I get the best photos out of the session. Honestly I never thought I looked so good in a photo until I had the session with him. He really knows how to get the best photo out of me and I’m truly delighted with the final 20 photos I’ve received from him. I absolutely and most positively recommend you come and do a session with him, you’ll love it, as for anyone doing a photo session for the first time, he would be the best person to go to. I am hoping to do more sessions with him in the near future.
