I visited the store yesterday. Spoke to one of the staff members who was very helpful in recommending a camera. Our photography interests were the same as well which was great in that he could understand what I wanted from a camera. Always enjoy visiting the store. The only negative thing I can say about the Photo Wherehouse is I wish there was a store closer to home.

Brought an Fujifilm XT4 off these guys, unfortunately the box didn't have the battery with it. Rang them up and they sorted it straight away, easy and awesome to deal with. Cheers team.

Rather big store with variety of products. I visit them very often for my photography needs. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Huge amount of accessories such as bags and straps. They also have studio lighting equipment. However the price is not competitive.

I was able to have my old film be developed at Greylynn's Photo Warehouse. I have to find the place and walked from Greylynn shops for about 12 minutes to finally found the place.

Friendly staff, ordered click and collect but went in early because I was passing by, one item wasn't available but they ordered it when I was there to get it delivered ASAP. A few minutes after I left the item I wanted arrived from another store so they called me and told me I could pick it up instead of having me drive back there another day as I live a long way away.

I visited the store to get some information about the camera i wanted to buy but I wasn't sure about the lenses to buy. Matthew was the first person we met when we entered in the store. He was amazing, he has good knowledge of the products. He showed us various options and helped us selecting the right camera lenses. Although I visited the site to see the options but I ended up buying my favourite camera along with the lenses and other accessories he recommended. Finally I am really happy with my purchase and highly recommend this store, and of course Matthew is the man of you are looking for help. Five stars to everything. Cheers!

We went here for passport photo today. The service is quite good. Faster than your average photo shops. Maybe I will go here for my next photo session. I would highly recommend this place for your photos' and photography needs.

Quality of my photo prints was outstanding and I'd use them again. Store was rather quiet and dark. I had a good phone conversation with knowledgeable staff.

When i went to the store to drop off my disposable cameras to get them developed to hard copies, the time frame originally advised was not met by the store, it took almost twice the time. However, when I called about the status of this, the Store Manager was apologetic and sorted it out as I got the prints the next working day. So special shout to the Store Manager Graeme as he also provided me a fair and reasonable deal in return which I was very thankful for.

A large store with everything a photographer/cinematographer could ever need. I could spend hours browsing the stores products. Store has plenty of 35mm film which I shoot at a good price and have a great service for film development and scanning options, I am a happy continuously returning customer.

Friendly and helpful service as soon as I walked in the door. Parking outside is great and some parks in the road outside too. Huge range of equipment from many brands although their prices are slightly higher than a local competitor. Would still recommend them as they are likely to have some equipment in stock that other retailers may not.

Best place in Auckland for all camera and accessory purchase. The person at this store was super helpful and helped me to understand the difference between the models and also guided me to the right camera suiting my needs. Recommend these guys to people who want to go and have a try on different camera models to have an exclusive on hand experience of the camera before purchase.

I had been there for passport photo for babies and the first time I went there they clicked and said its passport standard approved. Got it attested and went to submit the application and got rejected for the photos. Went the second time and showed what was required on the form and he was very helpful and apologetic (professional). He clicked and re checked with a 2nd opinion and did not charge this time. Advise is, stick to the format mentioned on the application form.

Located in a busy road, Photo Warehouse is one of the most largest photography gear retail stores in New Zealand. Parking is quite tricky as it might be quite cramped, but the streets next door will open you some more space. The staff are attentive, and know what they are selling. Camera bodies, lens, tripods, bags, lens, cards, lights; you name it, they will probably have it in store. It's worth a visit, especially if you want to have a physical look before buying the product. Would recommend.

Went in to buy a $100 filter walked out with a $700 tab... standard issue with photography as a hobby. Great service! Really helpful and friendly staff.

Pretty good range of products, plenty of staff, but sadly seemed not particularly interested in assisting when asked, and they didn't have the Canon version of the item I wanted. Not typical of my experiences there, certainly, but disappointing nevertheless.

Services are good on average. I went to get a roll of film developed (bought from there prior) and accidentally took a blank roll. Still got charged a $10 developing fee, now with the cost of a new roll since the blank one was rendered useless, I'm $30 out of pocket and literally received nothing. Guy on the counter was a bit of a dick about it. I don't know. Check your film guys apparently they have no way of knowing what is used and what isn't.

Purchased a thinktank bag here. One of the younger staff members helped me out. No shutter button accessories in thus store which is surprising. Being from Canada, I find the cameras much too expensive here, but hey, it's NZ prices. I'll be shopping here in the future only for accessories.

Bought a bunch of stuff recently. With an item out of stock, Warehouse people located it at a nearby store and asked for it it to be held for me. Requesting another item, it was couriered to me (in Raglan) in less than 24 hours. Knowledgeable, experienced and friendly, efficient staff. I'll be back.

Anything photography related that has a reasonable price attached to it I only get from Photo Warehouse, my last purchase being the fantastic Fujifilm XT-4, you may find cheaper around but I don't think it's worth the risk. These guys stand by their products, have staff that know their stuff and pretty much anything you need will be in stock or is pretty easy for them to source.
