m.Dealt with Keith and Jason for a number of years now and when it was time to upgrade to a Nikon Z9 I made the call to Keith and he organised and delivered before the new year, along with the 24-120mm lens and 1.4 converter and ordered the 100-400mm F4 lens. Always knowledgable, friendly and informative. My local dealer, who hardly gives me the time of day, missed out again. All up about $20k. Thanks again. Cheers Mike

M.It was my sister's graduation day. Whilst I was getting out of my car to the venue my camera had fallen on the floor and the lens had cracked. I rushed into Photo warehouse and was helped by Jason who very promptly helped me look for a replacement. As it turned out, it was the lens protector that had cracked and Jason was able to fix this for me within 30 minutes time, leaving me with plenty of time still for the graduation.
Thank you to Jason and Photo Warehouse for saving the day!
A.A good place to buy the camera, take a photo prints and mobile and camera accessories. Right on the Queen street so very accessible but it is bit expensive :( but you get authentic stuff :)

G.Very helpful guys. They take time to listen and help you to make the right, informed choice. I needed filters in rush and they rang round and had them delivered within 2 days which is fast considering the postal service in general is still catching up.
S.I just want to acknowledge Morro who went above and beyond assisting me with my recent purchase of a few items. I have dealt with Morro on several occasions and he never fails to provide excellent customer service every single time. He is unlike any other staff you meet who are only interested in selling you things and nothing more.
Not only is he knowledgeable with camera gears but he also took the time to check the prices from other shops to ensure the items I am about to buy are adjusted to make for a fair price. If anyone out there is looking to buy any camera gear, go find Morro from the Photo Warehouse (Queen Street branch). I assure you that you will be in good hands :-).

B.Super friendly guy Keith I think, sold me a lens cap, didn't have the lens with at the time, when I did try it, it didn't fit. I called them, he remembered me, and told me to come in for a refund. I get there and realized I forgot my receipt. Luckily, they could just looked it up, they were so kind and patient. If I needed anything for my camera, I would go there again for sure!
P.Super friendly and professional staff!! the lens of my camera weren't working properly and I thought it was broken and that I'd have to buy a new one. However Jason had a look at it and fixed it in less than 1 minute!

K.I was in New Zealand on a trip and discovered that I had brought the wrong charger for my underwater camera. I found the Photo Warehouse and Jason Webb came to my rescue and offered to charge the battery for me for free--how AWESOME is that?!? I left it with him and returned later that day to a fully charged battery. I can't thank Jason and the Photo Warehouse for their courtesy and extreme kindness--they're the BEST! :-)
N.I went in to get my passport photo taken first thing in the morning and the man Jason Webb was extremely helpful and friendly. The machine wasn’t working but he took extra steps to offer me a seat and even gave me a discount for the long wait time which he didn’t need to! Thank you for going the extra mile, made my day!

g.Morro helped me out of a printing pickle just before Christmas, I emailed in some photos, and he did test prints for me before I committed to getting several hundred photos printed off my phone - as I had tried another place and was really disappointed with the quality at the other place. S.Morro went above and beyond to help me get my 17-35 Tamron. Not only did he help me pick out the perfect lens, but he completed the transaction and express-shipped the lens to the Airport in time for my mid day flight. He also managed to give me the best possible price for the lens. Without Morro and the team at Photo Warehouse I wouldn't be able to capture the wonderful memories of my travel. J.It's a smallish shop but the service from Morro was awesome. They have other branches with a big store up on Great North Road. Morro hunted round for what I wanted and got it sent up from Wellington for me. Great service!

j.At the beginning of my trip around NZ I had problems with dust on my sensor and it was effecting my photos. After speaking with Jason he asked me to bring my camera so he could take a look and sure enough he cleaned the sensor for me. Really good service from Jason in particular, thanks!

The lens protector was broken, Andrew at the queen street photowarehouse removed all the broken pieces patiently as there was a dent and could not be unscrewed, checked the camera and gave me sound advice on macro lenses and lighting. L.This the first time I write Google review and I’m honoured. The only reason I give this store a five star is because the assistant here Morro!! I lost my camera 4 days ago and it’s frustrating enough that I need to spend another fortune to find a camera worth holding for in such a short time notice but in such a bad mood (cause I’m travelling can’t really do anything without a camera). I was first introduced to another assistant in the store who really is neither helpful nor friendly. When I was soo desperate, Morro stood out and listened to my request really carefully and patiently. He spent so long to help me to choose the right camera and listen to what I really need!! He was genuinely loving to help and keen on what he’s doing. He’s passionate about being a professional consultant also such a caretaker of the camera! I’ll highly recommend to anyone who need a little help to find their own right camera but also who would be willing to be open minded about that camera they would use! He really performs his duty in a friendly and elegant way!

J.I’ve been looking to get my first DSLR so I can get a bit more creative and adventurous with my photos. It’s a big expense for me but luckily I’ve had really helpful service from Andrew at Photowarehouse. He’s very understanding, never makes me feel pressured into a hard sell and makes sure I’m comfortable and aiming for the right product. Every time I go in there he’s helpful, welcoming and knowledgable ~ a true asset to the team. After having a lot of big expenses recently I’m having to wait before I can pull the trigger and buy, but thanks to Andrew I know exactly what I’m getting and I know I won’t go anywhere else to get it. G.Got passport sized photos taken from here. Staff member who took the photo was very efficient, but it would have been even better if he had been friendly and jovial. Giving only three stars overall because I was charged 20 dollars for 8 passport sized photos and then was told that I would need to pay 5 dollars more to have the photo emailed to me. I refused the paid email service and left. Next time I need a passport sized photo taken, I may go to a competitor first.
S.Received amazing help here from Andrew tonight. These guys have two stores, this one, and the one in Grey Lynn/Ponsonby which shares some of the same awesome staff with each other. So what’s worthy of 5 stars? Easy, Andrew stayed open late for me, helped me put my new camera together (which was total kindness of the heart territory as I hadn’t even bought it from this company). He gave me incredible advice, he sold me a great Mindshift Bag for my Camera (with the concealed lower back access compartment), sorted me a fantastic price on the flecky and the Sennheiser Mic wind sock too... So I’m very happy and well set for all my video requirements. This place has the X-factor of what is essentially the art of charm and service that makes you want to return again and again. I read some reviews from other people that are frankly, distorted... so I’m going on record to say this place deserves much better reviews!! Some people on google reviews are clearly reflecting their own unhappiness I think, psychologists call it ‘projection’. But I can tell you with absolute independent certainty that these guys are the real deal. Jason, Andrew and that German lady who’s name I have forgotten.... thanks, you guys are great!
A.A small camera shop located in the heart of Auckland CBD. They sell most brands including Canon, Nikon, Sony and Fuji. Had my photo taken here for $25 for 6 copies. No photoshop and was a bit too expensive in my opinion but it was the closest at that time.
First floor consists of camera bodies and lenses.
Basement consists of tripods, lights, bags and flash equipment.
Staff are knowledgeable of the stuff they sell, worth a visit.
A 3 Star to a 4 thanks for them letting me able to touch and test the cameras there.
