We weren't happy with the original family photo that had been selected (School Photos), so we contacted Photolife directly and they sent through all the pictures via email for us to choose from. We picked the perfect one which represented our kids. Thanks for accommodating us, I know it would be hard trying to select 1 picture, as I can imagine how pedantic some parents are, it might be best to have a couple of photos available (pending memory storage capability) for us to select from as some of us parents like the quirky shots :))

I am very happy with the response I got from Photolife Studios. I paid for my grandson's photo because my daughter wanted a record of each year at school. It was a terrible photo of him. I emailed Photolife and asked how they chose their photos and was offered one of the other photos that was taken. It was much much better. Once I confirmed which one I wanted, it was packaged and sent to me - free of charge. Amazing customer service. Thanks so much Photolife

Need to let parents know before kids photos are taken so they could come into school and get their kids ready. Was shocked when my daughter came home with her photo and her hair was a mess. Haven't been ordering anymore since.
