These guys were recommended to me. I checked out their website, but had a few questions and when I called Johnathan spent about 10 minutes giving me a mini-tutorial on lighting. Phototools were really responsive with the order being processed and delivered within 24hrs! They also agreed to consolidate the freight charges into one charge, and refund the balance which I thought was great customer service. Will definitely trade again without fail.
