Excellent service - thank you very much. I would definitely come here again. The owner was very helpful and professional. The location is Waimairi Rd. I definitely recommend this business plus it’s nice to be able to support a small, local business.

This is the best passport photo I have ever had. The photographer is extremely meticulous and works very hard to get the photo just right. My country have very specific and unusual requirements, and the photographer carried them out perfectly. On top of that, the photo looks better than I ever had on a passport. I did a walk in on a Saturday, and he saw me and my husband with no appointment. 15 minutes later we both walked out with physical photos, with digital copies emailed on request. Very reasonably priced, and perfect quality.

The photographer is honestly the best in New Zealand. This is not an overstatement. He made sure you have a nice passport photo. Unlike other passport photo places, he has professional equipment and put lots of effort into his work. He asks us which photo we liked, recommends his favourite, and Photoshop's your blemishes out! Definitely recommended!

Literally the best. The person working there is very kind and polite! He cropped the photos carefully, packed them inside an envelope, and even gave me a chocolate candy. I could not expect a better service.

Parking - On the road just 100 meters ahead of the Shop, if you are coming from other side of the road there is No U-Turn, u have to take right and take U-Turn whenever u get a chance. Owner is very nice Welcoming and has got Excellent Customer Service Skills. I was welcomed with a smile on the face and within 10 minutes I got hard copy of Passport size photograph of my 11 Months Daughter in perfection. As a courtesy a candy was handed over to my little baby which brought smile on her face. Thanks Tadaaki Kusaka - Keep up the Good Work. Digital Copy - was sent in next 5 minutes at my email address. Can’t recommend highly enough! I needed passport photos retaken (DURING my appointment at the consulate) as the ones I got made by a certain retailer didn’t suffice the authorities (low quality). I told the photographer that I needed a biometrical photo and he carried this out perfectly. I have to point out the attention to detail Mr. Kusaka works with and the quick and friendly service on the spot!
