Our second time having a newborn shoot with Stacey. She did a fabulous job yet again and this time captured some beautiful images of our completed family. Stacey offers a lovely studio and puts you all at ease and does wonders with kids and babies

We have had two great experiences with Stacey - a newborn shoot and the recent Christmas photos and both times we have had nothing but the best experience. The environment is very calming and Stacey made our baby feel very relaxed and happy for his shoot. We have loved every single photo we have received back of our family, who are normally not the most comfortable in front of the camera. Highly recommend.

Stacey makes you feel perfectly at ease during your session… enough for me to get completely starkers for my maternity shoot! She takes opportunities to get candid shots as well as posed, knows exactly how to look after your bub during their newborn session, and is super friendly while being professional. Her photos are just beautiful. Thank you so much for capturing our whānau for us to cherish forever.

Stacey is amazing! My little family had been looking at her photos for a few weeks but hadn't got around to booking in. So when she posted on Facebook looking for families to test out her new set up we jumped at the chance. It was so last minute and we were very unorganized but she was so helpful and it all went so smoothly, we weren't expecting to buy all the photos but she does such an incredible job how could we not. Each and every photo she took was beautiful and really captured the essence of my family. My 11 week old boy was very calm in her presence and she made us feel so welcome and comfortable.The first time I have felt beautiful since giving birth when I viewed the photos. Highly highly recommend and will be back again in the future 👍 😀

Stacey is absolutely amazing. I’ve been to her twice now- once for family Christmas photos (my fiancé and I don’t like photos but we both agreed we looked good) and then again to get some photos of our boys (2y/o& 5months) so you can imagine it was abit hectic with my toddler wanting to run around the whole time and even with that Stacey managed to get the most AMAZING photos! So amazing I actually nearly cried seeing them. I’m obsessed! And she was so so good with my kids. I highly recommend! Such a beautiful soul.

A second photo experience for our daughter who is now 10. Stacey again captured some amazing art photographs that we will treasure forever. Always relaxed and makes the shoot fun - the outfits and accessories are lovely. We highly recommend for kids and families.

Stacey is everything and more that you could hope for in an experience as important as maternity/newborn or family photos. She has the most gorgeous wardrobe and props, her studio is homely and beautiful and Stacey herself is welcoming, professional and a true artist who loves her work and it shows! She guided us, made us feel so comfortable and was incredible with our baby boy. Thanks to Stacey we now have the most incredible and beautiful photos to look back on. I'm so glad we chose Stacey for such important photos as she was able to give us exactly what I had pictured in my mind and even more Definitely recommend Stacey Lake Photography - you will not regret it!

I highly recommend Stacey , her photos are absolutely beautiful. Stacey is such a lovely person to work with, she's so lovely and great with the kids. We've had 3 sessions now and have never been disappointed, we hung all the photos from our newborn session as we couldn't choose, they were all so amazing. The studio is so beautiful.

Stacey produces amazing art with her photography she is incredibly talented, and as someone who hates my picture taken Stacey is able to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have used Stacey for my daughter's birth, and both my daughters newborn photos and am always blown away by what I receive.

We had the most relaxed Fresh 48 session with Stacey which led to beautiful, natural photos with our brand new baby girl once we were home. We didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted or any particular shots we should ask for - but Stacey did an amazing job of capturing some of our first moments together as a family. She also had a way of making sure that this very new Mum and Dad felt at ease the whole time which is reflected in the beautiful images she took. Our newborn photo session with Stacey was the perfect first bonding experience as a new family. Stacey was professional and amazing to watch as interacted with our baby and took photos very speedily. She was very flexible to fit our photoshoot when it suited our family. The photos were so beautiful and it has been wonderful sharing them with our friends and family.

Stacey provided a fun and relaxed environment to capture some great photos of my two Children. My daughter had recently cut off a significant length of her hair and having her photo taken with her new short hairstyle bought out her confidence and showed how her her look suits her. Thank you! This was our second session with the lovely Stacy. This session was with our 2 teenagers & and our 5 year old. Not an easy mix! We turned up a little unprepared in the outfit department! Nothing was a bother, Stacy worked with us on different options from her large collection. We never felt rushed and the session was fun and relaxed. We are thrilled with the images. Thanks again

This is the second photo shoot with Stacey. It was completely amazing. Really calm and organised and with an active one year old this is no small achievement. The pictures turned out stunning, the hardest part was trying to cull them, they were all so good!!

Stacey is really great with babies, my fussy baby was settled and happy the whole period. And her studio is very pretty and relaxing :)

Stacey has incredible warmth and depth not just in her photography but in her person. She was a master at positioning my twin girls while also ensuring they were soothed and happy. She captured many unique expressions and character in my babes.There is nothing cheesey, cheap or cliche about her style. These photos will be treasured for decades to come
