We engaged Avodah for our photography and cinema for our wedding over the weekend and we were blown away. The weather was wet but that didn't stop them or stop their amazing creative ideas. They really took care of us and each member of the team was friendly and down to earth - something really special. They integrated well within our special day and with our other vendors, families, friends and guests. Everything went smoothly. Having done some recent weddings we know of we knew they would produce something spectacular. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you and we can't wait to see the end products!

Nathan & the Avodah Team have created some great content for us, the standard is excellent and the level of professionalism is second to none. We get a lot of positive feedback on the work - a snapshot video of our company including a time-lapse of the factory in action, a fantastic before and after showcase video and a kitchen installation time-lapse which certainly has the wow factor. Would not hesitate in recommending Avodah Photo & Cinema.

The Avodah team are some of the loveliest people you can ever hope to work for. From the minute we talked to Nathan and B on the phone - they made the entire experience of having our wedding videod and photographed wonderful. We had a slightly more challenging wedding with 3 different events. The team went out of their way to capture all elements of what felt like a wedding festival. The team at Avodah - Nathan, Bebe, Sophie and Kent were wonderful. Professional through and through, their communication was great throughout the entire process. Nathan spent hours working with me prior to the wedding day to make sure that we were on the same page around timeline and details. Informative, He outlined a clear timetable for their requirements, to enable them to deliver what we were wanting. Nathan responded quickly even during the busy wedding season. Prior to the wedding day Nathan and Bebe came out to our venue twice - first to scout for locations, then to the rehearsal. I felt at ease with them and trusted them with our big day. And when it arrived they did not disappoint! The team did an amazing job. As well as being lovely to be around, they were professional and great with our guests. Despite our cozy ceremony area, the Avodah team of 4 were inconspicuous (out of everybody’s way) while still catching amazing shots. So many guests commented on this. When Avodah did address the guests to direct photos they were awesome - I had so many guests say “your photographers were great!” We had a wonderful time with them on the day. Afterwards we received a sneak peek just under a week later. It was great to get a bulk amount of amazing photos so soon after the wedding. Nathan communicated clear timeframes around photos/videos and met/exceeded these. And man the quality is amazing! Stunning photos and cinematic film with everything captured as we wanted. We have our photos, our teaser, highlight and feature films as well as the ceremony and reception. Having so much content has been great to relive the experience and I would highly recommend getting videography from Avodah as their products are stunning. We’ve absolutely loved the Avodah experience and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Avodah for providing us with amazing memories that can be revisited time and time again. Avodah were the best photographers we could ask for. They were super helpful throughout the whole process offered heaps of options like doing our invitations and had our photos ready two weeks before we expected them! Plus they are just the nicest couple and made being photographed a great experience. Highly highly recommend!

Avodah have got your back! Nate and Bebe were available the day before our wedding to take a look around the venue and check out photography spots with us when we discovered a small issue with the outdoor aesthetics. With 3/4 of the angles taken up with temporary eyesores (a giant stage and shipping containers for a concert) Nate and Bebe managed to find us a beautiful new ceremony spot that worked perfectly with the sunlight, as well as on-site bridal party photo locations, and managed to keep us calm at the same time! We are so grateful. The following day, the team worked seamlessly, sneaking around us and our guests, capturing our day (our teaser video is amazing, the talent in this team is next level, and we are so excited to see the full video!). We also had nothing but lovely comments from our guests about Avodah. We had so much fun with you all - thank you for being a part of our special day! A + J

I absolutely recommend Nathan and the team from Avodah for your next video or photo project. They executed a pretty large community focused project in a short timeframe to a high standard. They go above and beyond to make your final product look amazing. Highly recommend.

The first thing I spent the endless hours wedding planning was on finding the right photographer/videographer. The wedding was based in Auckland and Hamilton so I started my search in these areas. After going through what felt like hundreds and hundreds of photos and videos with "trendy filters" of different companies I came to the conclusion I couldn't find it locally and widened my search to the North Island. That's when I came across Avodah, not only were their photos not super filtered, but their videography and story telling was next level. They traveled up to Auckland for our Engagement shoot and Wedding day. On the days Nathan and Bebe knew exactly what they were doing and their diversity along with the rest of the team made us fall in love with photo after photo and fill us with the same joy we felt on the day every time we watch our videos. I highly recommend Avodah if you're after timeless photos and videos as they have mastered their craft and will deliver on time too! Would happily do it all over again!

From the very start Nathan & Breanna at Avodah Photography & Design were awesome. They worked out a package that suited our needs and budget and were open and flexible about making it work for us and listened to what we wanted out of our big day. Nate and Bebe are absolutely outstanding. They were our wedding videographers and were absolutely the best to work with. They are true professionals, from meeting at the venue a couple of days before to work out the set up, to offering to capture a small pre-wedding event the day before, to how nice it was on the day being able to relax and know these two have you covered. Not only that, but the videos we’ve got have completely and utterly floored us –100% blowing away our expectations and they have given us memories that will last us and our families forever. These guys are brilliant! New, fresh, and innovative ideas in photography and in their design. Very professional, and yet very friendly to deal with.
