We highly recommend Kate - she's a wonderful photographer and we're delighted with our photos! Communication was great from the start, she gave us some super helpful advice when we trying to figure where and when to have our photos and on the day it was all very laid back which says so much because we were most anxious about having a photo shoot and Kate did such a brilliant job of capturing our special day.

We are so happy that we chose to elope with the help of Kate. She made the whole process so easy and uncomplicated - she was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any and all questions. On the day Kate was so friendly and calm it made us feel really relaxed that everything was handled and we could just relax and enjoy getting married. And the photos - absolutely perfect. Kate captured our elopement wedding in Queenstown, NZ in May 2021. As soon as the travel bubble between AUS-NZ opened, we decided to elope and get married in wonderful New Zealand. From the moment we contacted Kate in regards to capturing our elopement, she’s instantly put us at ease. She was friendly, funny and her communication was excellent throughout the whole process. On the day of the wedding, the weather was turning snowy and cold and we were due to fly up to the Cecil Peak to get married at around 3pm. Kate was so professional and proactive in contacting the helicopter company hours in advance to get their advice on if the flight could go ahead as scheduled. Turns out, the helicopter company said if we wanted to get married today, we’d have to go at midday instead. Kate coordinated the whole thing behind the scenes with zero fuss. We cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us to ensure everything could go ahead. While we had a change of wedding location due to weather, Kate coordinated with the helicopter company on alternative locations, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Everything was covered in snow, the backdrop was stunning and it snowed as we said, “I do”. If you’re looking for a person that is an absolute professional, and creates outstanding images for you to enjoy for years to come - Kate’s your woman! All of our friends and family have said that the images don’t look real! Like we’ve been photoshopped in or we used a green screen, they are that incredible! Some of the best wedding images they have ever seen (their words not mine) Kate - we cannot thank you enough for all you did for us, prior to, during and after our wedding. Had such an amazing experience, it was so easily flowing, no stress, which allowed us to just enjoy our very special day. Kate took care of everything. Our elopement was planned over a very stressful time (covid) and with us being locked down in Auckland it was a difficult time. However Kate was very flexible, and we knew just was just a phone call away. Our photos turned out beautiful, and even tho it was quite cold and windy, it didn’t affect Kate’s work or the day. Kate is Incredible talented !!! I found her on a google search no longer after getting engaged. We did a couples photoshoot in Queenstown. If we could give Kate more than 5 stars we would! We live in Australia and planned our whole Wedding from Australia and Kate was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Prompt replies to emails and always happy for a phone call when needed. We didn't meet Kate until our Wedding Day and she is such a fantastic person! So easy to work with and listened to exactly what we wanted. We only wanted to spend less than 1hr on our couple shots so we could get back to our Reception. We were advised this would be hard to do given the location for photos was a 10min drive away, each way. Kate was more than happy to oblige to our request and managed to have fantastic photos taken within 30 minutes, giving us some time to ourselves before returning to the Reception. Kate moved effortlessly around us, and we barely even noticed she was there. We were nervous at the thought of being in front of a camera all day but it didn't feel like that at all! Kate gave us simple directions as to what to do but for the most part, just let us walk and talk and worked her magic around us without us paying too much thought to her. We already loved Kate just from how well we got along with her but then we got our photos! We laughed and cried together as we watched a slideshow of them. They are the most beautiful photos we could ever have imagined and take us right back to all of our precious memories of our Wedding Day.

My husband and I hired her to take some holiday photos of us during our first trip to New Zealand, and we could not have picked a better photographer or place to get photos taken! Kate was very professional, kind, and prompt and the turn around time for photos was way shorter than anticipated! On shoot day, she picked us up from our Airbnb and drove us to several locations with beautiful views while also giving us ideas and tips for things to do along the way! All I can say is WOW! Choosing Kate to be our photographer was by far the best decision I’ve ever made. Planning a surprise proposal in Queenstown was stressful enough but Kate was nothing but supportive and made the whole experience so easy, planning everything with the heli company for us, and all I had to do was turn up on the day and pop the question! She had a plan all sorted as to how she would disguise herself as we embarked on a heli flight up onto Cecil Peak in Queenstown. Little did my girlfriend know that this ‘marketer’ for the heli company would be the photographer for our engagement photo shoot. Kate was absolutely amazing throughout the lead up to our wedding and on the day. As we had an elopement I was super worried that the photos wouldn’t do the day justice. I came across Kate's profile on Instagram while searching for photographers in the Queenstown area. My husband and I had never had photos done together aside from our wedding, because I'm a photographer myself and just always have a camera around my neck anyway! So when we travelled to New Zealand for a vacation I thought it would be a great idea to get some photos done while we were there and Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was wonderful to communicate with and made planning across timezones a breeze! She's kind and fun, and very helpful with posing even! LOVE OUR PHOTOS! Kate is an amazing photographer, and was very accomodating to a last minute session! I am a photographer as well, and came across her beautiful work on instagram as I was researching all the things to do in Queenstown. Kate did so well and even exceeded our expectations! We love the photos and got lots of compliments from family and friends. While planning our wedding, we were very concerned about how we will plan it and scout locations since we are based in Palmy. Kate was very helpful and responsive during the planning stage. She gave us recommendations for locations, accommodation and other wedding vendors which we loved just as much! We were also very nervous about the weather. The night before the wedding, it was forecasted to rain in the morning. We did not even have to contact Kate, she contacted us and asked us how we felt about moving the wedding in the afternoon! We were not sure on a few things for the day like logistics and locations but Kate came back with all different ideas and options that we could do which made things super easy. I found Kate via Instagram because I was wanting to get photos taken while we were on our honeymoon. Working with Kate was so easy and fun! I love how she picked us up and took us to where she wanted to based on our vision, the lighting and time of the day. Our pictures turned out even better than I was anticipating! It was cold, windy and sprinkling during our session but you cant tell from the photos. The scenery in Queenstown and the surrounding areas are absolutely gorgeous and since Kate is a Kiwi, she knows the best spots to take you to for the best photos. And as fate would have it, we saw her the next day at Bob's Cove shooting an engagement session when a rainbow came out and she (as well as the couple) graciously snapped a photo for us. Kate was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We live in London and we had to plan our whole wedding from abroad. I found Kate on instagram and seeing her work on her page made us book her. The communication was great from day 1. She understood exactly what we wanted and how we wanted our pictures. She picks you up from your accommodations, takes you around to the most beautiful spots in Queenstown and truly has a great eye for the perfect photo.
