T.Great customer service! I have purchased two RF lenses from Carters Photographics (RF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM) & (Canon RF 100-500mm F4.5-7.1L IS USM) and have not been disappointed. I will be back I'm sure.

S.Great shop, all I needed, a little bit pricey, but good quality.
I had a vhc digitalized and they did it within a day. Had to pay extra for putting it on a USB stick the quality was good (as good as you can get from a 25 year old VHC). The first 5 minutes were missing so I went back and they redid it for free and without any questions. Good service and very helpful and friendly.

I had made a mistake and it wasn't going to fit, so he offered an immediate refund or he could help me find another lens. I am very grateful for such incredible service and a wealth of knowledge. L.Amazing experience shopping for a camera here with great customer service and competitive prices with current market prices! Knowledgeable staff who really know what they are talking about with cameras and lenses. Plus they really give you the time of day to talk about photography and what you want out of a camera. Their prices are constantly competitive with what’s on the current market. Highly recommend if you want to buy a camera locally or camera equipment. Yet to try their printing services but they seem amazing from the examples they have on the walls.

I.Amazing people, they take the best passport photos and I was in a rush to get my three day passport. They had a flood recently and the lady let me in regardless and took the photo. Wonderful people!
