Great customer service! I have purchased two RF lenses from Carters Photographics (RF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM) & (Canon RF 100-500mm F4.5-7.1L IS USM) and have not been disappointed. I will be back I'm sure. 5 Stars!

Matt was brilliant to deal with great advice which ended up with me coming across from Hamilton to buy the lens. I will be back there in the future I'm sure.

Great shop, all I needed, a little bit pricey, but good quality. I had a vhc digitalized and they did it within a day. Had to pay extra for putting it on a USB stick the quality was good (as good as you can get from a 25 year old VHC). The first 5 minutes were missing so I went back and they redid it for free and without any questions. Good service and very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic people to deal with. I ordered a lens online and Matt phoned me to check that it was going to fit my camera... Amazing experience shopping for a camera here with great customer service and competitive prices with current market prices! Knowledgeable staff who really know what they are talking about with cameras and lenses. Plus they really give you the time of day to talk about photography and what you want out of a camera. Their prices are constantly competitive with what’s on the current market. Highly recommend if you want to buy a camera locally or camera equipment. Yet to try their printing services but they seem amazing from the examples they have on the walls.

The photos we got printed here are a way better quality than anywhere else we have tried in Tauranga. Always super helpful too.

Amazing people, they take the best passport photos and I was in a rush to get my three day passport. They had a flood recently and the lady let me in regardless and took the photo. Wonderful people!
