Collin is absolutely amazing. We were on holiday and requested binoculars they didn't stock. Collin went out of his way and got them in for us. His friendly and helpful, caring attitude and customer service was one of a kind. Will definitely shop here for all our camera needs in the future.

My husband and I love this camera shop. We like to take a drive up from the Hibiscus Coast to get our photos printed and make a day of it by having lunch and going for walks. The shop is great and the staff are friendly.

I went into this store to arrange a special birthday gift for my mother's 70th birthday. The woman in the shop (didn't get her name - young blonde woman) greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely cared. I brought 3x beautiful frames and got some very special photos printed to add to them with a couple of added prints. I came back 10mins later and it was all done. So quick! Absolutely amazing experience with top service. Very happy and I can't recommend this shop enough. Thank you so so much for your service and helping make those special moments that were taken become real again.

Always a pleasure going to this shop. The staff are knowledgeable and always ready to help. Never have i had a problem that a solution wasn't able to be found. Even a jammed film camera wasnt a problem as they hada special way to remove the film and not expose it to light. Always my first stop for camera and photo gear.

Fantastic shop! I was travelling through and needed something fixed on my DSLR and this was the only shop in the Auckland area that could help me the day of. I was so grateful that Colin at the shop was able to fix my camera right away and for a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff, I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or fix a camera, even if you have to make the trip from Auckland it is worth it.

Best place to buy a camera. Wonderful service and good price. I had no knowledge of the cameras so I just showed the sample photos to Colin and told him that I need similar quality of photos for my business. He gave me the best and the cheapest option and showed me the main settings of the camera that I needed for my business. Few months ago I went to a big chain of stores (wont name it) and asked for a camera showing those sample photos and they told me that i need a high end camera with so many extras and quoted me 3 times the price Colin charged me. Colin helped me get the same result at a much less cost. Keep it up Colin!!!

Really good camera store, much better than you'd expect in a small town. Staff know what they're doing & they sometimes hold good events; like the recent 'Walk with Olympus', where you can find out about their products for free.
