K.Wow really surprised by the review from Riv C. I have been a client at About Faces and benefited from the excellent treatment I have received. I was recommended to About Faces Physio by a GP who had also been a patient there and had nothing but praise for the experienced practitioners. I looked into their training and experience and know that they are well trained and have extensive experience with in-depth specialisations. They are also lovely people who have never been less than warm and caring professionals. I believe their fees are absolutely reasonable given their training and subsequent expertise in this field. They rock and will have my patronage any time I am in need and I will recommend them to others unconditionally. Brilliant!
O.I have just finished 2 months of physio for my jaw with Frankie and got incredible results that I couldn't have ever imagined achieving. Years worth of damage has been undone. Frankie is not only brilliant as a physio but has been a pleasure to go on this journey with. Would highly recommend.

The Clinic is easy to find- has good parking and is a great location. I was greeted warmly by the physio and she talked through my treatment options. She was super professional and knowledgable. N.Absolutely fantastic treatment received. After years of discomfort and problems with a locking jaw I was referred by my GP to About Faces. Can't believe the wonderful result. Worth the trip from the other side of Auckland and would recommend this very professional practice to anyone suffering as I was. As an aside, my dentist will be over the moon that I can now open my mouth as widely as needed without locking open!! Thankyou Jean. 😀
s.I found out about this clinic some years ago after it was recommended to my son for a shoulder injury he received playing waterpolo. I later went myself for a back problem a few years ago. As a no longer young but active person - I hurt my back again earlier this year. Sessions at About Faces (with Jean Healy) have returned me to a sustained pain free back along with excellent tutoring on ways to keep it that way. I highly recommend this clinic and the experience I had with Physio Jean Healy.
E.Pretty effective treatment in only three sessions. Referred by my GP, wish I had discovered a few years ago. I recommend Steph for everyone who has head, neck, jaw pain. Excellent communication, very professional practice.
A.I have been a client of Nikke Tse and the team at About Faces for 18 years, initally recommend as pain relief by a surgeon after years of taking pain meds. No more pain meds needed just check ups now and then and awesome acupunture for stress relief. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they provided effective treatment when no one else could and are always available to accomodate urgent treatment.
L.After many years neglecting good posture at my desk, leaving me with daily shoulder, arm and wrist pain. Only a few visits later, I now have zero pain which I'm over the moon about. The service is second to none and the small team at About Faces made me feel like I was in good hands.
s.As a medical professional I refer to About Faces as my first choice for all head neck face pain issues headaches and Jaw joint issues.They are a professional experienced physiotherapy practice and they often succeed with patients who have failed with other lines of treatment or other physiotherapists.In fact they are so good I go to them myself for neck issues .
M.Efficient, professional, good communicators, and gave me exercises that really help.
