p.Awesome Team! Great Customer Service and efficient Receptionists. Ruth and Caroline are very nice and pleasant to deal with. Karl is a very good and knowledge therapist. He is analytical, great communicator and treat you with respect. Karl have helped me a lot and is only therapist who is able to think outside the box and solved my problem where others couldn't. My GP referred me to Karl as he is their's family Physio and I am forever grateful for the referral. I have been going over a year due to the complexity of my injury.
A.I've been going to Physiotherapy Care Clinic for a few months now and I can truthfully say that the treatment and care provided is truly professional and it it wasn't for Carolyn I don't think I would be able to use my shoulder or play golf again! I have no hesitation in recommending Carolyn to anyone - she's exceptionally professional and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. She always goes the extra mile in explaining & managing the injury and planning the way back to health.
S.I have been to see Karl at Albany Physiotherapy Care Clinic for a few different injuries now. I always feel I am getting the best care. He is great at explaining both the mechanics of the body and the injury sustained as well as the treatment needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Y.I can confidently recommend Physiotherapy Care Clinic as I feel confident the therapists can deal with any injuries or pain I have experienced.Besides having years of experience my therapist, Carolyn, is genuinely caring, professional and will provide options and ongoing exercises to alleviate my pain. The reception staff have always been very friendly,accommodating and easy to deal with and will do their best to fit you in case of a real pain emergency. There is client parking so you can drive straight up to the door.
M.After a nasty horse riding accident, and upon recommendation from a colleague, I made an appointment to see Kirsty. From the outset, Kirsty has treated my injury thoughtfully and considered my rehab requirements at each step. I appreciate Kirsty's considerable experience and feel safe in her gentle hands, backed by the knowledge I am getting quality and appropriate physiotherapy care. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Kirsty, especially if they have complex or chronic conditions.

S.Kirsty saved my life ! Well, that's maybe a little dramatic, but truth is, I went to Kirsty thinking I just had a really bad tear in my calf, and her words were, "Shane Im not touching that until you see a Doctor because it might be a DVT (blood clot)" ... which can be very dangerous. Turns out, it was a DVT, and it was some weeks til the clot cleared and I was allowed to have Phyiso. During that time, Kirsty check up on me a couple of times, which showed that here was someone who really cared. So of course, when my Doc said I was allowed Physio, I went straight to Kirsty.
She was brilliant and caring the whole way through my treatment, explaining everything, every step of the way, she was gentle and most important of all, what Kirsty did worked. I highly recommend, 5 stars all the way.
