My first time here. Using this service for part of my recovery. Each person I spoke to were very welcoming and polite. I was even offered a hot drink or water which I thought was very nice 😊 My appointment went well. She was very understanding and listened well even though I'm sure I went off topic. Very professional, I felt relaxed and safe in the office space. Has a warm feeling and atmosphere. She was very helpful and a lot of what she explained to me made more sense. Thank you for a lovely experience 👍
