I was diagnosed with a high grade MCL tear and felt like forever since I would be able to walk again. Bay Physio was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Although, due to lockdown all the physio sessions were done via Telehealth Janie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the exercises and the set targets I needed to meet weekly in order to make a full recovery. Its been 3 months since the date of injury and I would say I have made a full recovery and getting back to my sport. Thank you very much Janie and Bay Physio.

Superb care and personal service with a high level of professionalism from Janie and her team. I feel very grateful to have them so close to home. A professional, excellent and friendly service that I highly recommend. I have been seeing mainly Natalie and sometimes Janie on and off for the past 4 years. The two of them have worked together to get to the cause of the problem and I have never felt better. Natalie is absolutely brilliant, she really knows her stuff and has a lovely down to earth and approachable manner which instantly puts you at rest. She takes a genuine interest in your full health and tailors her approach accordingly. I can honestly say that everybody here is going out of their way to help - from physiotherapists to Julie, the lovely receptionist, who will always try her best to fit you in as soon as possible. And if you go on the right day you might even meet Julie’s puppy Woody, he’s absolutely the cutest.

The team at Bay Physio is knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I initially went to Janie Ogram for lymphatic massage but she has since helped me with an long-term neck/migraine problem and with a knee issue. Janie provides excellent advice and guidance for self-management together with treatment which is very effective and helps to alleviate discomfort. Very highly recommended.

Please note that due to my lack of familiarity with the Google survey format, I posted in error a one-star review. That should be deleted and replaced with the following: Bay Physio helped me on my recovery path following a rotator cuff tear etc to my left shoulder. Some months later I returned to Bay Physio with a frozen right shoulder when I requested acupuncture. On both occasions, the physios (Aveny and Angela) were caring and empathetic but were careful/realistic not to over-promise on quick fixes. They supported my return to my extremely competent personal trainer for carefully supervised exercises and, together, we are nearly there! Throughout the period of my visits to Bay Physio, Julie the receptionist has been consistently courteous and helpful. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that, due to the configuration of the treatment rooms, the privacy of patient conversations with the physiotherapist is very much compromised. But I would definitely return to Bay Physio if required.

After a long search and various therapists, I am so happy to have been recommended to Bay Physiotherapy and to have Natalie Eady as my lymphedema specialist. She has helped to diagnose a longstanding problem which no other health/medical professionals have been able to do. Natalie's knowledge, experience, and practical solutions have finally given me some hope and pain relief. The therapy treatments have included ultrasound, laser, compression stockings, lymphatic and other massage, as well as exercises. She is also very kind, professional and has magic hands! I am a patient for life! I highly recommend Bay Physiotherapy and the lovely helpful people who work there (including fluffy folk) especially Natalie, Julie, Rosie and Woody! Thank you :}...

Having had separate issues treated by Janie and Natalie, I can't recommend either of them highly enough. Janie's care, attention and knowledge has got me back to painfree and active walking after foot surgery which is just fantastic. My improvement was so much better than with an earlier provider. Previously, some back issues took me to the clinic where Janie got me onto using the Oov. After some scepticism (truth be told...) I'm a complete convert and it's strengthening benefits are in no doubt at all. Getting a careful assessment and having great management means absolutely everything. Thanks so much!

The Bay Physiotherapy team are excellent. Until going to Bay Physiotherapy I had struggled to find a physio that I would consistently use. Aveny is a great listener who asks all the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue to start a treatment plan.

Recently Janie has been assisting me after a serious skiing injury with severe nerve damage and her care and attention has been second to none. There is no way I would be recovering as quickly as I am without her amazing help. She has really gone above and beyond researching different solutions to help manage my pain and recovery. I simply can’t recommend Bay Physio highly enough.
